สบพ. จัดพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงและกู้ภัยท่าอากาศยาน (Aviation Technical English for Airport Firefighters) รุ่นที่ 9

ดร.นปภา ภทรกมลพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเทคนิคการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือนเป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงและกู้ภัยท่าอากาศยาน (Aviation Technical English for Airport Firefighters) รุ่นที่ 9 ซึ่งจัดฝึกอบรมในระหว่างวันที่ 27 กันยายน – 1 ตุลาคม 2564 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทั้งหมด 16 คน เป็นบุคลากรสังกัดจากกรมท่าอากาศยาน โดยจัดฝึกอบรมแบบชั้นเรียนเสมือนจริง (Virtual Classroom) เป็นรุ่นที่ 6 ด้วยสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 เพื่อให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน เมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2564 ผ่านระบบ Video Conference
สำหรับการจัดฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษกรณีเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินของหน้าที่ดับเพลิงและกู้ภัย ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับนักบินหรือผู้ควบคุมอากาศยาน ตามข้อกำหนดของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพขีดความสามารถของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรดังกล่าว ให้มีประสิทธิภาพได้มาตรฐานสากล พร้อมนำประเทศไทยไปสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางคมนาคมขนส่งทางอากาศในระดับภูมิภาค ต่อไป
Dr. Napapa Pataragamonepong, Ph.D., Director of Aviation Technical English Division, CATC, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony for the Aviation Technical English for Airport Firefighters Course, Class 9. The Course was conducted from September 27- October 1, 2021 for 16 attendants in total from the Department of Airports. The Course was conducted via virtual classroom, Class 6, in order to meet the current situation, due to the COVID-19 spreading situation. The certificate presenting ceremony was held on October 1, 2021, via video conference system.
The training in the Course had main objective to develop the English usage skills of firefighters and rescuers in case of emergency and situation which involved communication with pilots or aircraft controllers, according to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) which promoted the enhancement of training attendants’ competencies in the Course. Therefore, the trained personnel would have efficiencies at work which met the international standards. They would be ready to lead Thailand in the right direction to become the air transport hub of the region.
