เมื่อวันที่ 29 เมษายน 2568 นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วย
คณะผู้บริหาร สบพ. ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งใหม่ จำนวน 5 ท่านในโอกาสเข้ารับฟังการบรรยายสรุปภารกิจ บทบาท ผลการดำเนินงาน และโครงการสำคัญที่เกี่ยวกับภารกิจ สบพ. ในการผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรตามมาตรฐานสากล ภายใต้การรับรองจากหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลด้านการบินทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมห้องฝึกปฏิบัติการต่าง ๆ ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
สำหรับคณะกรรมการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งใหม่ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ประกอบด้วย 1. นางลัชชิดา อาภาพันธ์ กรรมการผู้แทน บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการ ในคณะกรรมการ สบพ. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป
- นางสาวชุติมา ศรีปราชญ์ กรรมการผู้แทน บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการ สบพ. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2567 เป็นต้นไป
- พลอากาศเอก คิดควร สดับ กรรมการผุ้แทนกองทัพอากาศ เข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการ สบพ. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป
- นายธนันท์วรุฒม์ ลิ้มทรงพรต กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการในณะกรรมการ สบพ. ตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรี เมื่อวันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2568 โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป
- นายสุนันท์ นิ่มฟัก กรรมการผู้แทนบริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด เข้าร่วมป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการ สบพ. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 เมษายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป
ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการ สบพ. ทั้ง 5 ท่าน ได้กล่าวชื่นชมการดำเนินงาน ของ สบพ. ที่ผ่านมา พร้อมกำชับให้ สบพ. เดินหน้าผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สร้างทักษะใหม่ และองค์ความรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมการบิน ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการบินและการฝึกอบรมที่ทันสมัย รองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมการบิน และมุ่งสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการบินในภูมิภาค ตามแนวทางนโยบายของนางมนพร เจริญศรี รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ในฐานะรัฐมนตรีที่กำกับดูแล สถาบันการบินพลเรือน
On April 29, 2025, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with CATC executives, welcomed the 5 newly designated members of the CATC Board of Directors, in a study visit at CATC. On the occasion, they listened to the briefings on the CATC’s missions, roles and responsibilities, performances, and important projects relevant to the CATC’s missions that involved the producing and developing of aviation personnel, in compliance with the international standards, under the approval of aviation agencies and organizations, at both domestic and international levels. They took a visit at workshops and labs, at CATC, Bangkok.
The 5 newly designated members of the CATC Board of Directors were, namely,
- Mrs. Latchida Apaphant, Director for Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), became a member of the CATC Board of Directors since May 17, 2024;
- Miss Chutima Sriprajaya, Director for Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), became a member of the CATC Board of Directors since November 15, 2024;
- Air Chief Marshal Kidkuan Sadub, Director for the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF), became a member of the CATC Board of Directors since December 17, 2024;
- Mr. Thananwaruth Limsongprot, Expert Executive Director, became a member of the CATC Board of Directors, according to the Cabinet Resolution since March 11, 2025, and it was effective from March 11, 2025; and
- Mr. Sunan Nimfuk, Director for Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Limited (AEROTHAI), became a member of the CATC Board of Directors since April 11, 2025.
These 5 members of the CATC Board of Directors praised CATC on its previous performances. Furthermore, they firmly asked CATC to keep on producing and developing aviation personnel, building up new skills and essential knowledge, responding to the needs in the aviation industry in alignment with the development and improvement of aviation courses, study programs, and trainings for cutting-edge aviation advancement, supporting the growth in the aviation industry, and driving Thailand forward to become the aviation hub of the region, in compliance with the transport policies by Mrs. Manaporn Charoensri, Deputy Minister of Transport who governed, supervised, and controlled the CATC.
