สบพ. โดย สำนักงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรและฝึกอบรม TRAINAIR PLUS (สนพ.) จัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO International Air Law (IAL) รุ่นที่ 2 ดร.อุสาห์ ต่อเทียนชัย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO International Air Law (IAL) รุ่นที่ 2 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 01 – 05 เมษายน 2567 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 15 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานการบินทั้ง ไทย และต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
– สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
– Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority
– Cruz Marcelo Tenefrancia Law Offices, Philippines
– Philippine Aerospace Devt Corporation
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ องค์ประกอบของกฎหมายการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมสามารถสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ ICAO ต่อไป โดยได้เชิญ Mr. Arthur Eberg ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO เป็นครูผู้สอนในครั้งนี้
Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand is conducting ICAO International Air Law (IAL) – Class No.2 Dr.Usa Torteanchai, Director of Aeronautical Engineering Division, on behalf of the President of CATC Thailand, was a chairman at the 2nd classroom-delivery of ICAO International Air Law (IAL) opening ceremony. The IAL is conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 01 – 05 April 2024 by Mr. Arthur Eberg, ICAO instructor, with 15 participants from various aviation sectors which are;
– The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand
– Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority
– Cruz Marcelo Tenefrancia Law Offices, Philippines
– Philippine Aerospace Devt Corporation
The IAL Training will train participants to support their organization in compliance with the international air law, through application of appropriate knowledge and advocacy.
