นายพันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตร และกล่าวปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO Oversight of Competency-based Training รุ่นที่ 2 ซึ่งฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 2-6 ตุลาคม 2566 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 16 ท่าน จากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย

สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถกำกับดูแล (Oversight) การจัดฝึกอบรมตาม Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน โดยได้เชิญ Mr. Mostafa Hoummady ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO เป็นผู้สอนในครั้งนี้
