ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดหลักสูตร Safety Management System in the Aviation Industry – Foundation Concepts (SMS-FC) Classroom รุ่นที่ 3 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมในวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 23 ท่าน ดังนี้

โดยการจัดฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายณัฐนนท์ แก้วมณี เจ้าหน้าที่นิรภัยการบิน สังกัดสํานักงานนิรภัยและอาชีวอนามัย สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายให้ความรู้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรม
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ และความเข้าใจให้กับบุคลาการด้านการบิน และบุคคลทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจเกี่ยวกับระบบนิรภัยการบิน (Safety Management System: SMS) อันประกอบด้วย นิยาม คำจำกัดความต่าง ๆ บทบาทของหน่วยงาน และกฏหมายพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านนิรภัยการบินในระดับประเทศ และระดับสากล ตลอดจนองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานที่สำคัญของระบบ SMS ตามมาตรฐานของ ICAO เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Ph.D., Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the Safety Management System in the Aviation Industry – Foundation Concepts (SMS-FC) Course (Classroom), Class 3. The Course training was conducted from February 7, 2024. There were 23 participants in the Course; they were from agencies, as follows.

– Aerospace MRO Company Limited (2 participants)
– Bangkok Air Catering Company Limited (1 participant)

The Course was honored to have Mr. Nattanon Kaewmanee, Aviation Safety Officer, from the Office of Aviation Safety and Occupational Health, CATC, as a speaker who gave a lecture and disseminate knowledge to the Course participants.
The aforementioned Course had an objective to create awareness and understandings among aviation personnel and people who were interested in the Safety Management System (SMS) which was comprised of definitions, terms, roles in the aviation organization, fundamental laws and regulations relevant to aviation safety at the domestic and international levels, and important fundamental components of the Safety Management System (SMS) according to the ICAO Standards. The Course participants would be able to use and apply gained knowledge in the operation at work with safety and efficiency.
