Acting Sub Lieutenant Artit Hong-oom, the ground instructor from the Air Traffic Services Division, Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) successfully conducted the ICAO STP Communication Procedures for Airside Operations (COM PRO) Batch#4 during 15-19 September 2024 at Oman Airports Training Centre at Muscat, Oman with 11 participants from Oman Airports.

This course is the ICAO Stadardized Training Package (STP) developed by CATC Thailand, which aim to provide airside staff with competency capabilities to perform their duties in a safe and efficient way to maintain the safety operations and services in accordance with the rules and standards in force.

ว่าที่เรือตรีอาทิตย์ โหงอุ่ม ครูวิชาภาคพื้น กองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอน หลักสูตร STP Communication Procedures for Airside Operations (COM PRO) รุ่นที่ 4   ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 15 – 19 กันยายน 2567 ณ  เมือง Muscat รัฐสุลต่านโอมาน โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 11 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจาก Oman Airports โดยหน่วยงานได้ซื้อลิขสิทธิ์หลักสูตร STP ของ สบพ. ให้ไปจัดอบรม ณ รัฐสุลต่านโอมาน

สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการสื่อสารผ่านวิทยุในขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในเขตการบิน (Airside) เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัย เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง และตามมาตรฐานสากล
