นางสาววรินทร เลี่ยมนาค ผู้อำนวยการสำนักสื่อสารและพัฒนาธุรกิจการบิน รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตร ICAO Training Developers Course (TDC) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 20-31 พฤษภาคม 2567 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
การฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรระยะเวลา 10 วัน นี้ ดำเนินการสอนโดย คุณ Meng Xiaoya ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO และมีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 14 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานด้านการบินจากประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
– สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) จำนวน 2 คน
– บริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด จำนวน 1 คน
– บริษัท ไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำกัด จำนวน 4 คน
– ทุนส่วนตัว จำนวน 1 คน
– Aviation Investigation Bueau ราชอาณาจักรซาอุดิอาระเบีย จำนวน 1 คน
– Department of Civil Aviation เนการาบรูไนดารุสซาลาม จำนวน 3 คน
– All Nippon Airways Co. Ltd ประเทศญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 1 คน
– World Food Programme สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ จำนวน 1 คน
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ และทักษะในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร Competency Based Training โดยใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO Methodology) ตาม DOC 9941
ในโอกาสนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับความสำเร็จการฝึกอบรมของผู้อบรมทุกท่าน และถ่ายภาพร่วมกัน

Miss Varintorn Liamnak, Director of Communication and Aviation Business Development Division-Acting Vice President of Administrative Affairs, CATC, was a chairman at the certificate ceremony of the ICAO Training Developers Course (TDC) conducted during 20-31 MAY 2024 at CATC, Thailand. Sincere appreciation to our ICAO expert instructor, Mrs.Meng Xiaoya with 14 participants from various aviation sectors;

The TDC course is designed to prepare aviation professionals especially the course developers with the competencies to design and develop Standardized Training Packages (STPs), in accordance with the ICAO Provision.
