ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองบริการจราจรทางอากาศ และรักษาการรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตร ICAO Annex 9: Facilitation (FAL) ร่วมด้วย นายกิติพร เผ่าบุญเสริม ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายมาตรฐานการบริการท่าอากาศยานและการบิน ให้เกียรติร่วมพิธีในครั้งนี้
การฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรนี้ ดำเนินการสอนโดย Mr. David Machio และ Ms. Beth Mwakio ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 30 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากบริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้ความรู้และทักษะแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐในการจัดการร่วมกันในลักษณะระหว่างหน่วยงานกับบทบัญญัติการอำนวยความสะดวกของภาคผนวก 9 และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาและการนำไปปฏิบัติของโครงการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการขนส่งทางอากาศแห่งชาติ (NATFP) คณะกรรมการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการขนส่งทางอากาศแห่งชาติ (NATFC) และคณะกรรมการอำนวยความสะดวกสนามบิน
Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, was honored to preside over the certificate presenting ceremony for the ICAO Annex 9: Facilitation (FAL) Course. The certificate presenting ceremony was also attended honorably by Mr. Kitiporn Phaoboonserm, Director for Airport Services Standards and Aviation.
The ICAO Annex 9: Facilitation (FAL) Course training was instructed by Mr. David Machio and Ms. Beth Mwakio, the experts from ICAO. The Course was attended by 30 participants who were personnel from Airports of Thailand Plc. (AOT)
The aforementioned Course had main objectives to disseminate knowledge, train the government officers, in terms of collaborative management skills made between the organizations and the provision of facilitation, ICAO Annex 9, and support the development and practice, regarding the National Air Transport Facilitation Programme (NATFP), the National Air Transport Facilitation Committee (NATFC), and the Airport Facilitation Committee.
