ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO: On-the-Job Training Instructor for Air Traffic Control (OJTI for ATC) รุ่นที่ 2 ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 14 – 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ และดำเนินการสอนโดย พ.อ.อ. เทพพิบูล จินาภรณ์, ว่าที่เรือตรีอาทิตย์ โหงอุ่ม, และ พ.อ.อ.สุนัฐทร หมอนทอง โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ดังต่อไปนี้
– สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 1 ท่าน
– Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia จำนวน 3 ท่าน
– Qatar Armed Force จำนวน 1 ท่าน
สำหรับหลักสูตร OJTI for ATC มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ครูผู้สอนผู้ควบคุมการจราจรทางอากาศได้พัฒนาทักษะ และเทคนิคในการให้คำปรึกษา ตลอดจนการประเมินเจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมจราจรทางอากาศฝึกหัดในระหว่างการฝึกงาน เพื่อเตรียมให้เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมจราจรทางอากาศฝึกหัดมีความพร้อมในการสอบขอรับใบอนุญาต
Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Ph.D., Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the opening ceremony for the ICAO: On-the-Job Training Instructor for Air Traffic Control (OJTI for ATC) Course, Class 2. The Course training was conducted from February 14-22, 2024, at CATC, Bangkok. The Course was taught by FS1 Thepiboon Jinaporn, Acting Sub Lieutenant Arthit Hong-oum, and FS1 Sunattorn Mhonthong. There Course participants were from agencies, as below.
– The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (1 participant)
– The Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia (3 participants)
– The Qatar Armed Force (1 participant)
The OJTI for ATC Course’s main objectives were to help air traffic control instructors develop, improve consulting skills and technics, and assess the skills of air traffic control trainees during their internships, so the air traffic control trainees would be prepared for the air traffic control personnel license examination.
