สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) จัดโครงการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ระหว่างวันที่18–20 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ ลำพวา อัมพวา รีสอร์ท จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงานให้แก่พนักงานใหม่ โดยมีนางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ พร้อมกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่พนักงานใหม่ โดยเน้นย้ำถึงการตระหนักในบทบาทหน้าที่ของการเป็นบุคลากรของรัฐ การยึดมั่นในวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ พร้อมปลูกฝังค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วันของการจัดโครงการ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งการบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาท ภารกิจ และทิศทางการดำเนินงานของสถาบัน การเรียนรู้โครงสร้างองค์กร ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ สิทธิประโยชน์ และเส้นทางความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพ (Career Path) ตลอดจนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านตัวชี้วัดและการประเมินผลองค์กร เพื่อให้พนักงานใหม่สามารถปรับตัวและปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของ สบพ.
นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์และการทำงานเป็นทีม ผ่านกิจกรรม Team Building ภายใต้แนวคิด “ส่งเสริมค่านิยม สร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่ดีในองค์กร” รวมถึงกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทัศนคติ (Mindset) และการบริการด้วยหัวใจบริการ (Service Mind) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการทำงาน การสื่อสาร และการให้บริการอย่างมืออาชีพ อันสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของ สบพ. ในฐานะองค์กรด้านการบินที่ยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานและคุณภาพระดับสากล
โครงการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ในครั้งนี้ ยังเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานใหม่ได้เรียนรู้บริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ควบคู่กับการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารและพนักงาน อันนำไปสู่การสร้างความผูกพันต่อองค์กร และการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีพลังในอนาคตอีกด้วย
CATC Strengthens and Lays the Foundation of Being the Qualified Personnel, through the Annual New CATC Staff Orientation Event, in the Fiscal Year of 2026.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) held the annual new CATC staff orientation event in the fiscal year of 2026, from December 18-20, 2025, at Lumphawa Amphawa Resort, located in Samuth Songkhram Province. The event was held to build up knowledge, create understanding, and initiate positive attitude toward work and operation among the new CATC staff. On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the new CATC staff orientation event and presented a homily to the new staff, by focusing on the emphasis of the roles and responsibilities of personnel working for the state enterprise, holding on to visions and missions, and building up core values and organizational culture, that were considered important foundations in driving the organization with efficiency and sustainability.
Throughout the 3 days of the new CATC staff orientation event, participants attended different kinds of activities, including knowledge dissemination on roles, missions, and directions toward the operations and performances of the CATC, learning about organizational structures, rules and regulations, benefits, and advancement in the career path. Moreover, knowledge on key performance index (KPI) and organizational assessment and evaluation, was disseminated to the new CATC staff, so they would be able to adapt themselves and operate work correctly, in accordance with the goals of CATC.
In addition, the new CATC staff orientation event focused on the strengthening of relationships and building up teamwork, through the Team Building Activity, under the concept of, “promoting core values and creating positive working culture within the organization”, including the activities of promoting positive attitude and mindset, and creating service minds, for developing competencies and potentials in work, communication, and professional services, that reflected the good images of CATC, as it is an aviation training organization which has been holding on to the international standards and quality.
The new CATC staff orientation event opened an opportunity to new staff to learn about social and local cultural contexts, and exchange experiences between executives and staff. This would lead to the building up of organizational bonds and powerful teamwork in the future.
