เมื่อวันที่ 11-12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เข้าร่วมร่วมประชุมหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านการบินตามคำเชิญ พลอากาศเอก วรฉัตร ธารีฉัตร คณบดีวิทยาลัยการบิน การศึกษาและวิจัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดยขอบเขตการหารือด้านวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย
– การหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรนักบิน ณ โรงเก็บอากาศยาน วิทยาลัยการบินฯ
– การหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านการซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน ณ อาคารปฏิบัติการสำนักวิชาเทคโนโลยีการบิน วิทยาลัยการบินฯ
– การหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านการจัดการการบิน ณ ห้องโดยสารเครื่องบินจำลอง สำนักวิชาบริหารการบิน วิทยาลัยการบินฯ
สำหรับวิทยาลัยการบิน การศึกษาและวิจัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ได้มีการดำเนินการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านนักบิน ช่างอากาศยานและการบริการด้านการบิน เพื่อเป็นการต่อยอดในการสร้างบุคลากรด้านการบินให้ครอบคลุมทุกภาคอุตสาหกรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม วิทยาลัยการบิน ได้เล็งเห็นศักยภาพและให้ความสำคัญกับสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันหลักในการผลิตบุคลากรด้านการบินมาเป็นระยะเวลา 63 ปี อีกทั้งได้รับการรับรองจากองค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (International Civil Aviation Organization: ICAO) ในฐานะสมาชิกโครงการ ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS ระดับ Platinum ซึ่งเป็นระดับสูงสุดของโครงการ เป็นแห่งแรกและแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็น 1 ใน 9 ประเทศ จากสมาชิกภาพทั่วโลก 77 ประเทศ 128 สมาชิก
ในการนี้ นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ ดร.มนพร เจริญศรี รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ในฐานะผู้กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานของ สบพ. เพื่อแจ้งวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินการความร่วมมือกันทางด้านวิชาการ ระหว่างสถาบันการบินพลเรือน และวิทยาลัยการบินฯ ในการผลิตบุคลากรด้านการบิน ทั้งภาคพื้นและภาคอากาศ เพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบายรัฐบาลในการพัฒนาประเทศให้เป็นศูนย์กลางด้านการบินของภูมิภาค
On February 11-12, 2024, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with CATC executives, attended the meeting to discuss the guidelines on the development of aviation courses and programs due to the invitation by Air Chief Marshal Worachat Thareechat, Dean of International Aviation Education and Research Academy (IAERA), Nakhon Phanom University. The scope of academic discussions was comprised of the topics, as follows:
– The discussion on the guidelines on the development of pilot courses and programs, at the hangar of IAERA;
– The discussion on the guidelines on the development of aircraft maintenance courses and programs, at the operation and workshop building of the Aviation Technology Office, IAERA; and
– The discussion on the guidelines on the development of aviation management courses and programs, at the Aviation Management Office, IAERA.
The International Aviation Education and Research Academy (IAERA), Nakhon Phanom University, implemented the development of courses and programs, relevant to pilots, aircraft engineers and technicians, and aviation management, in order to extend the activity of producing sufficient aviation personnel for all industrial sectors. IAERA perceived the potentials of CATC and gave importance to CATC, as it was the main aviation institute which had been producing aviation personnel for 63 years. Moreover, CATC was approved and certified by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Platinum Member which was considered the highest membership status of the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Project. CATC is the first and the only aviation institute which holds the Platinum Status; it is 1 of the 9 member countries, selected from the 77 member countries at the global level (128 aviation institutes with TRAINAIR PLUS Membership).
On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with CATC executives, took an opportunity to pay a courtesy call to Dr. Manaporn Charornsri, Ph.D., Deputy Minister for Transport, as she was an advisor who supervised the CATC operations. In addition, an announcement was made to state the objectives of the academic cooperation between CATC and IAERA, regarding the producing of aviation personnel for both ground training sector and flight training sector. The academic cooperation was built up to support the government policies in terms of developing Thailand to become the aviation hub of the region.
