สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) จัดพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตรวิชาภาคพื้น ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 โดยมีพลเอก ดร.ดิเรก ดีประเสริฐ ประธานกรรมการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นผู้แทนนายพิพัฒน์
รัชกิจประการ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยนางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ผู้บริหารภาครัฐ–เอกชนด้านการบิน ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมในพิธี ในวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
พลเอก ดร.ดิเรก ได้แสดงความยินดีและให้โอวาทแก่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาว่า บุคลากรที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากสถาบันการบินพลเรือนถือว่าเป็นทรัพยากรมนุษย์คุณภาพ ที่ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามมาตรฐาน ICAO
มีคุณสมบัติเพียบพร้อมทั้งวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ทักษะวิชาชีพที่เข้มแข็ง และยังเป็นกำลังสำคัญของประเทศ
ที่จะพาไทยสู่ศูนย์กลางการบินภูมิภาค“Aviation Hub” ภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ Skyconomy ของรัฐบาลที่จะช่วยสร้างรายได้ เพิ่มโอกาสแข่งขันของประเทศ และในวันนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่ สบพ. ได้ส่งมอบบุคลากรด้านการบินคุณภาพ รวม 305 คน สู่ตลาดแรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการบิน สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพในการพัฒนากำลังคน
ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ในช่วงเวลาที่อุตสาหกรรมการบินของไทยกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ยุค
ฟื้นตัวเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วและยังมีความต้องการแรงงานอีกจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะ นักบิน ช่างอากาศยาน
ช่างเอวิโอนิกส์ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคพื้น และบุคลากรด้านการจัดการสนามบิน–จราจรทางอากาศ //สบพ.ในฐานะสถาบันหลักของประเทศในการผลิตบุคลากรด้านการบิน มีพร้อมทั้งด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ห้องปฏิบัติการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัย และครูผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบิน ที่จะผลิตคนการบินรุ่นใหม่ที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ทางด้านเทคนิค บริการ และความปลอดภัย รองรับความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมการบินที่กำลังเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วในภูมิภาคนี้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจะต้องพัฒนาตนเองให้ทันกับเทคโนโลยีการบินสมัยใหม่ เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในอุตสาหกรรมระดับโลก และทำงานโดยยึดความปลอดภัย บริการด้วยใจ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม เป็นสำคัญ

รวมมีผู้ได้รับ “เกียรตินิยม” ทั้งหมด 38 คน และผู้ได้รับทุน Golden Wing Award มอบให้แก่นักศึกษาผู้ที่มีผลการเรียนดีสูงสุดในแต่ละสาขาวิชาและแต่ละชั้นปี จำนวน 32 คน ซึ่งผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจะเข้ารับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรในวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี จ.นครราชสีมา
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) held the Annual Certificate Presenting Ceremony for the Ground Training Courses in the Academic Year of 2024. On the occasion, General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, Chairman of the CATC Board of Directors acted as the representative for Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, to preside over the certificate presenting ceremony, which was also attended honorably by Miss Pukkamut Makchouy, CATC President, and executives from government-private organizations in aviation. Relevant parties attended the certificate presenting ceremony on November 28, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
In this opportunity, General Direk Deeprasert congratulated the graduates and presented his homily to them. The graduates who completed the CATC’s courses or study programmes were considered qualified human resources, as they had passed the learning procedures that met the ICAO’s standards. The graduates from CATC gained good qualifications, in terms of strengths, involving disciplines, responsibilities, professional skills and technical skills. Moreover, the aviation human resources were considered a main force for driving Thailand forward to become the “Aviation Hub” of the region, under the Skyconomy Strategy by the Royal Thai Government. The Skyconomy Strategy would generate more income and create more competitive opportunities to the country.
Today, it is a great opportunity for CATC to present 305 qualified aviation personnel to enter the workforce market of the aviation industry. This reflects the competencies in developing human resources and personnel for meeting the needs in the workforce market during the time that the aviation industry of Thailand is stepping into the era of rapid aviation industrial recovery. Moreover, there are more demands in the number of aviation workforces, especially, pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers and mechanics, avionics technicians, ground officers, and personnel in the fields of airport management-air traffic management. CATC, as the main aviation training organization of the country, has been producing aviation personnel and it has promptness and readiness in terms of its infrastructures, fundamental facilities, cutting-edge instructional workshops and classrooms, and expert aviation instructors who are ready to assist in producing new generations of aviation personnel who will be qualified with knowledge, and competencies, in terms of technical skills, services, and safety, to support the current needs in the rapidly growing aviation industry in this region. The graduates from CATC shall develop and improve themselves to keep updated with the new aviation technologies; therefore, they shall have capacity to compete in the aviation industry at the global level. More importantly, they have to operate work by holding on to the principles of safety, service mind, and social responsibility.
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, states that CATC is committed to produce qualified personnel who will gain sufficient knowledge, in both theoretical part-practical part, that meets the needs in the aviation industry, and to cooperate with various airlines from the government sector and aviation organizations. Consequently, CATC students would gain real-life experiences in aviation during the time of studying in the classrooms and workshops.
