เมื่อวันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2568 นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบเงินเยียวยาภายใต้โครงการ “น้ำท่วมภาคใต้” เพื่อช่วยบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนแก่นักศึกษาและบุคลากรของ สบพ. ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ รวมทั้งสิ้น 30 ราย แบ่งเป็นนักศึกษา สบพ. จำนวน 27 ราย และพนักงาน จำนวน 3 ราย ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ว่าการ สบพ. ได้มอบกำลังใจและแสดงความห่วงใยต่อครอบครัวของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรที่ได้รับผลกระทบ พร้อมย้ำถึงความตั้งใจของ สบพ. ในการดูแลและสนับสนุนผู้ได้รับความเดือดร้อน เพื่อให้สามารถฟื้นฟูชีวิตความเป็นอยู่และกลับมามีกำลังใจในการศึกษาและปฏิบัติงานได้อีกครั้ง
การดำเนินการดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงจิตอาสาและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของ สบพ. สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของนายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม ที่มอบหมายให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคมระดมสรรพกำลังช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ภายใต้โครงการ “จิตอาสาคมนาคม ร่วมบรรเทาผู้ประสบอุทกภัย” ทั้งนี้ สบพ. ยังคงมุ่งมั่นเดินหน้าจัดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อร่วมแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในฐานะหน่วยงานของรัฐ และส่งต่อความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบในโอกาสต่อไป
CATC Joins in the Activity of Becoming “Volunteers for the Ministry of Transport to Provide Humanitarian Assistance to Flood-Affected People”, and Donates Money to the CATC Students and Staff That Are Affected by “the Flood in the Southern Part of Thailand”.
On December 17, 2025, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the ceremony of handling donated money for helping people affected by the flood, under the project of “humanitarian relief for people affected by flood in the southern part of Thailand”. The project was held in order to relieve the sufferings of the CATC students, and personnel that were affected by the flood in the southern part of Thailand. There were 30 CATC personnel, in total, who were affected by the southern flood, comprising of 27 CATC students, and 3 staff. The donated money handling event for humanitarian relief was held at CATC, Bangkok.
In this opportunity, CATC President gave mental support and showed sympathy and care upon the families of the CATC students and personnel that were affected by flood. Moreover, she highlighted on the determination and commitment of CATC in terms of supporting and caring of the flood-affected people; therefore, these people would be able to recover, rehabilitate, get back to normal life, and gain mental strengths to get back to study, and operate work again.
The aforementioned volunteering activity reflected the volunteering work and corporate social responsibility of the CATC, conforming to the policies by Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, who assigned organizations and affiliates under the Ministry of Transport, to gather up and allocate manpower and volunteers to help and provide humanitarian assistance to people affected by the flood in the area of Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, under the project of “volunteering for humanitarian relief operations for people affected by flood”. CATC has been continuing to hold volunteering activities to show corporate social responsibilities toward the society since it is the state enterprise, pass on, and transfer humanitarian assistance to the vulnerable people affected by disasters, for the next time.
