ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) นำคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน สบพ. ร่วมเป็นจิตอาสาพระราชทาน “เราทำความดี ด้วยหัวใจ” ส่งมอบสิ่งของ ภายใต้ “โครงการการบิน 1 ชิ้น 1 ใจ
ให้น้องบนดอยตามรอยเท้าพ่อ” ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ สบพ.จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อร่วมสืบสานพระราชดำริในโครงการพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจำปี 2569 โดยมีนาวาเอกนาวี กุลอารีมิตร ผู้อำนวยการกองกิจการพลเรือน ทัพเรือภาคที่ 1 เป็นผู้รับมอบสิ่งของ ในวันที่
30 มกราคม 2569 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
ในโอกาสนี้ สบพ. ได้รวบรวมสิ่งของ จำนวน 36 รายการ ประกอบด้วย ของเล่น หนังสือ กระเป๋า อุปกรณ์การเรียน เครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค เครื่องนุ่งห่ม ของใช้ทั่วไป ตุ๊กตา เครื่องนอน และกระเป๋าเดินทาง เป็นต้น ส่งมอบให้กับทัพเรือภาคที่ 1 เพื่อนำไปสมทบกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ก่อนจัดส่งไปยังโรงเรียนหรือพื้นที่ตามที่สำนักงานโครงการส่วนพระองค์ สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี กำหนดแผนการแจกจ่ายส่งมอบต่อไป นับเป็นการรวมพลังครั้งสำคัญที่แสดงถึงความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างหน่วยงานพันธมิตรในการสนองพระราชดำริเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ทุรกันดาร
สำหรับการดำเนินกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการส่งมอบปลากะตักแห้ง ปลาทูเค็ม และอาหารทะเลที่มีสารไอโอดีนพระราชทาน เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการตามพระราชดำริต่อต้านโรคขาดสารไอโอดีน ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ซึ่งจัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องทุกปี ปีนี้เป็นที่ปีที่ 30 โดยความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานทุกภาคส่วน ร่วมน้อมเกล้าฯ ถวายปลากะตักแห้ง ปลาทูเค็ม และ อาหารทะเลที่มีสารไอโอดีน รวมถึงเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน เครื่องนุ่งห่ม ซึ่งมีกองทัพเรือ โดยทัพเรือ
ภาคที่ 1 เป็นผู้รับมอบและจัดส่งอาหารทะเลพระราชทาน รวมทั้งสิ่งของต่างๆ ไปยังพื้นที่เป้าหมาย
Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) led the group of CATC executives, employees, and staff, to attend the event of royal volunteering services and become volunteers under the concept, “We do good deeds with our hearts”. The volunteers would transfer necessary items to needy students, under the “project of 1 item 1 heart, by the aviation training organization, given to needy children in the hill tribes, to follow the footsteps of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great”. The aforementioned project was initiated by CATC, in order to continue and support the Royal Initiative Projects under the Matronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in 2026. On the occasion, Captain Navee Kulareemit, Director of the Civil Affairs Division, the First Naval Area Command, acted as a recipient of the donated items and stuff from the CATC, on January 30, 2026, at CATC, Bangkok.
In this opportunity, CATC collected things for donation. The list of things for donation was comprised of 36 items, such as toys, books, bags, teaching and learning materials, consumer goods, clothes, common things for use in life, dolls, bedding, luggage, and so on. Donated stuff would be transferred to the First Naval Command, and then the First Naval Command would distribute stuff to other organizations and agencies before donating stuff to schools and remote areas, as indicated and specified by the Office of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Projects. The plan on donated item distribution would be scheduled. The event of royal volunteering services was considered an important empowerment, showing good cooperation made between CATC and its allied organizations, and responding to the royal initiations for improving the quality of life of the children and youth living in the remote area.
The aforementioned activity implementation was a part of the project on handling dried anchovies, salted short-bodied mackerels, and iodinated seafoods, to needy people, in order to support the Royal Initiative Projects under the Matronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, regarding the prevention of iodine deficiency disorder (IDD); the project on the prevention of IDD has been continuing for the 30 consecutive years, under the cooperation with relevant organizations from all sectors. Relevant parties procured and contributed dried anchovies, salted short-bodied mackerels, iodinated seafoods, consumer goods, teaching and learning materials, and clothes to the recipient – the First Naval Area Command that would take responsibilities to transfer and deliver the iodinated seafoods and necessary stuff to the remote areas, as targeted.
