Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Ph.D., Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, CATC, together with Mr. Rahat Ingwigrom, Director of Central Administrative Division, and Mr. Sittipun Suachamsil, Director of Finance Division, attended the wreath laying ceremony to pay homage to the Monument of the Department of Highways Heroes, on the occasion of the 112th anniversary of the Department of Highways Establishment Day. The wreath laying ceremony was held on April 1, 2024, at the area of the Monument of the Department of Highways Heroes, Bangkok.
