เมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ให้การต้อนรับนายวุฒิภูมิ จุฬางกูร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ,กัปตัน พร้อมพันธุ์ แสงแก้ว Chief Operating Officers (COO) บริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในโอกาสที่สายการบินนกแอร์ เข้าใช้สถานที่ของสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นสนามสอบแข่งขันคัดเลือกบุคคลภายนอกเข้าปฏิบัติงานของบริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมสอบจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 420 คน ซึ่งการดำเนินกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการบินพลเรือน กับบริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรร่วมกัน
นอกจากนี้ บริษัท สายการบินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ยังให้ความสนใจจัดส่งเจ้าหน้าที่เข้ารับการอบรมในหลักสูตร Flight SIMULATOR เพื่อรองรับการเพิ่มฝูงบินตามแผนที่จะมีฝูงรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 20 ลำ
ในปี 2571
สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า สบพ. มีความพร้อมด้านอาคาร สถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ไว้รองรับการจัดกิจกรรมของหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมทั้งสามารถช่วยสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร ให้มีทักษะความรู้ ตามที่องค์กรต้องการได้ ช่วยสร้างรากฐานที่มั่นคงให้กับการพัฒนาบุคลากร
ในอนาคต จึงนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของ สบพ. ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพก่อนเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม ด้วยการบูรณาการทรัพยากรความรู้ และศักยภาพของภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนประเทศสู่ความยั่งยืนในระดับนานาชาติ
On July 6, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok, Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, CATC, took an opportunity to welcome Mr.
Wutthiphum Jurangkool, NokAir CEO or Executive Director from Nok Airlines Public Company Limited, and Captain Prompun Sangkaew, Chief Operating Officer (COO) from Nok Airlines Public Company Limited, on the occasion that NokAir used the CATC Building as the venue of examination for selecting external candidates to operate work with Nok Airlines Public Company Limited. There were 420 persons in total who attended the examination. The aforementioned activity was considered a part of cooperation made between CATC and Nok Airlines Public Company Limited, regarding the collaborative personnel development.
In addition, Nok Airlines Public Company Limited was interested in sending its personnel to participate in the training of the Flight Simulator Course, in order to support an increase of the NokAir’s Fleet according to the plan on purchasing at least 20 planes in 2028.
This reflected that CATC was ready in terms of buildings, places, and facilities for supporting the arrangement of activities by internal and external organizations. In addition, CATC was able to support and develop personnel competencies, so the personnel would gain skills and knowledge as required by the relevant organizations, lay the strong foundation for the future personnel development. It was considered as another important step for CATC to develop potential personnel before entering the aviation industry through the integration of knowledge and competency of the government and private sectors, aiming for propelling the country toward sustainability at the international level.
