สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) ให้การต้อนรับ คณะครู อาจารย์ และผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาหลักสูตรนายทหารประชาสัมพันธ์รุ่นที่ 43 กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมชมกิจการ พร้อมรับฟังการบรรยายการสรุปภารกิจ สบพ. และการบรรยายความรู้ ในหัวข้อ ความรู้พื้นฐานการถ่ายภาพทางอากาศ โดยอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรน) เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมี ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาในตำแหน่ง รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สบพ. เป็นประธานและกล่าวต้อนรับ พร้อมด้วย พันเอก สิปวัฒน์ โมระกรานต์ ผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา โรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือน กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก พันเอกหญิง ดร.บงกช เทพจารี อาจารย์หัวหน้าแผนกประชาสัมพันธ์ โรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือน กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก นายสักกะ อัศโดดร หรือ โจอี้ บารอน นักบินโดรนมืออาชีพ รวมทั้ง ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ สบพ. ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในงาน ในวันที่ 10 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ

ได้บรรยายเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายการบินโดรนต่าง ๆ ในประเทศ ร่วมกับ คุณโจอี้ บารอน นักบินโดรนมืออาชีพ ซึ่งได้เผยประสบการณ์การการถ่ายภาพทางอากาศ โดยอากาศยานไร้คนขับ หรือโดรน ซึ่งเป็นอีกองค์ความรู้ที่สำคัญในยุคปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะบทบาทของอากาศยานซึ่งไม่มีนักบินในในภารกิจการประชาสัมพันธ์ ที่ต้องการบันทึกภาพเพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลอย่างมีมิติ และมีความน่าสนใจมากยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ได้สาธิตพื้นฐานการถ่ายภาพทางอากาศ โดยอากาศยานไร้คนขับ ซึ่งคณะศึกษาดูงานสามารถนำแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยี UAV มาประยุกต์ใช้ต่อการปฏิบัติงานประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น การถ่ายทอดภารกิจ การรายงานสถานการณ์ หรือผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ อันเป็นการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไปได้
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) welcomed the teachers, instructors, and students who attended the Public Relations Officer Course, Class 43, from the Directorate of Civil Affairs, the Royal Thai Army (RTA), in a study visit. They listened to the CATC’s briefings on its missions, and knowledge dissemination under the topic of the basic knowledge on aerial photography taken by unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) for press releasing.
On the occasion, Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the welcoming event and gave a welcoming speech. Together with Colonel Sippawas Moragran, Director of Education Division, the Civil Affairs School, Directorate of Civil Affairs, the Royal Thai Army (RTA), Colonel Dr. Bongkoch Thepjaree, Instructor and Head of Public Relations Section, the Civil Affairs School, under the Directorate of Civil Affairs, Mr. Sakka Assadodorn, as known as Mr. Joey Baron, a professional drone pilot, CATC executives, instructs, relevant personnel attended the event, on March 10, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
The CATC, represented by Corporal Chartchai Charoensook, Ground Instructor of the Air Traffic Services Division, gave a lecture on laws and regulations on drone flying in the country, alongside with Mr. Joey Baron, a professional drone pilot who shared his experiences in aerial photography taken by unmanned aerial vehicle or drone. At present, in the modern era, the knowledge on drones is very important, especially the unmanned aircraft which is playing an important role in the public relations missions that require the picture capturing for interesting dimensional data presentation. In addition, the demonstration, regarding the basic aerial photography taken by unmanned aircraft, was made. The study visit group would be able to apply the UAV Technology Guidelines in use, for press releasing operations, such as showing missions, reporting the current situation, and even producing media or material for press releasing in many forms. Drones could be used for strengthening competencies, and potentials in disseminating news and information, with precision, correctness, and efficiency.
