นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างสถาบันการบินพลเรือน กับ สมาคมตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศไทย (TAFA )และบริษัท ไทยไฟลท์เทรนนิ่ง จำกัด โดยมี นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน และนายชินทัต ลีนะบรรจง กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท ไทยไฟลท์เทรนนิ่ง จำกัด และนางสาวกัลศิริ อินทรภูวศักดิ์ นายกสมาคมตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศไทย เป็นผู้ลงนามความร่วมมือ พร้อมด้วย คณะผู้บริหารของทั้งสองหน่วยงาน และคณาจารย์ สบพ. ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน เมื่อวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย เปิดเผยว่า ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบินให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะฝีมือในระดับมาตรฐานสากล ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมการบินไทยในอนาคต โดย สบพ. และบริษัท ไทยไฟลท์เทรนนิ่ง จำกัด และสมาคมตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศไทย จะได้ร่วมมือกันในการวิจัยพัฒนา โดยนำจุดแข็งของทั้งสององค์กรมาบูรณาการร่วมกัน ให้เกิดเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการเรียนการสอน การฝึกอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรทางวิชาการด้านการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศและโลจิสติกส์การบิน ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านนักบิน เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมการบิน ลูกเรือ โลจิสติกส์ บำรุงรักษาอากาศยานและการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ
โดยทั้งสองหน่วยงานมีความเชี่ยวชาญ สามารถช่วยสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร ให้มีทักษะความรู้ ตามที่องค์กรต้องการได้ นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบิน เพื่อสร้างรากฐานที่มั่นคงให้กับการพัฒนาบุคลากรในอนาคต จึงนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของ สบพ. ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพก่อนเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม ด้วยการบูรณาการทรัพยากรความรู้ และศักยภาพของภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนประเทศสู่ความยั่งยืนในระดับนานาชาติ
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the ceremony of memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing, regarding the academic cooperation between CATC, Thai Airfreight Forwarders Association (TAFA), and Thai Flight Training Co.,Ltd. On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, and Mr. Chinatat Leenabunchong, Managing Director of Thai Flight Training Co.,Ltd., and Miss Kalsiri Intaraphuwasak, TAFA President, were signatories. The MoU signing ceremony was also attended and witnessed by the executives from CATC and TAFA, and CATC instructors, on June 4, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, revealed that the aforementioned cooperation had main goals to support, promote, and develop aviation personnel to be qualified with knowledge, capability, and practical skills at the international standards, in order to meet the needs in the aviation industry of Thailand in the future. CATC and Thai Flight Training Co.,Ltd. and TAFA would work in cooperation in terms of research and development. Strengths of both organizations, CATC and TAFA, would be integrated for building up important bases and fundamentals for instructions, trainings, academic personnel exchange in terms of airfreight forwarders, and air logistics. They would cover the strengths in the aspect of personnel: pilots, air traffic controllers, air crews, logistics officers, aircraft maintenance engineers, and air freight forwarding officers.
Both organizations, CATC and TAFA have expertise in what they do. They support and develop competencies of personnel to be qualified with skills and knowledge, as required by organizations. Moreover, they promote researches and innovations relevant to aviation for building up strong fundamentals for the future personnel development. This is considered an important milestone for CATC to develop the aviation personnel in terms of competencies before entering the aviation industry through the integration of knowledge resources, potentials, and competencies of government and private sectors. Together, they propel Thailand toward sustainability at the international level.
