นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีประดับเครื่องหมายแสดงความสามารถในการบิน (ครึ่งปีก) พร้อมมอบประกาศนียบัตรให้กับศิษย์การบินในหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี-เฮลิคอปเตอร์ รุ่นที่ 55 (HP/55) จำนวน 8 นาย ได้แก่ ทุนกองบินตำรวจ จำนวน 5 นาย กองทัพเรือ จำนวน 3 นาย หลักสูตรนักบินส่วนบุคคล-เครื่องบิน รุ่นที่ 36 (PPL/36) จำนวน 1 ราย (ทุน สบพ. : นายภูวเนศวร์ แสงเดชะ ครูวิชาภาคพื้น สังกัดกองฝึกบิน) และหลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี-เครื่องบิน รุ่นที่ 121 (AP/121) จำนวน 1 ราย (ทุนส่วนตัว ชาวบังคลาเทศ)  โดยมี ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฝึกการบิน ผู้อำนวยการกองฝึกบินผู้อำนวยการกองซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน คณะครูการบิน นักบิน ครูวิชาภาคพื้น ร่วมพิธีและร่วมแสดงความยินดี เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2567 ณ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, presided over the flying qualification badge (half-wing) decoration ceremony and the certificate presentation ceremony for student pilots from various courses, comprising of Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Course-Helicopter, Class 55 (HP/55), which had 8 personnel attended (5 personnel were funded by Police Aviation Division, and 3 personnel were funded by the Royal Thai Navy), Private Pilot License Course, Class 36 (PPL/36), which had 1 personnel attended (CATC fund was granted to Mr. Puwanate Saengdecha, Ground Instructor from Flight Training Division), and Commercial Pilot Course-Aeroplane and (AP/121) which had 1 personnel attended (personal funded Bangladeshi pilot). On the occasion, Director of the Flight Training Center of CATC, Director of Flight Training Division, Director of Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, flight instructors, pilots, and ground instructors, attended the aforementioned ceremonies and congratulated the student pilots who completed the flying courses, on Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Flight Training Center, located in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
