ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดหลักสูตร Introduction to Aviation Competency-based Training and Assessment รุ่นที่ 10 ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเมื่อวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2567 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 16 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจาก
– บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 3 ท่าน
– บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 2 ท่าน
– บริษัท พัทยา เอวิเอชั่น จำกัด จำนวน 3 ท่าน
– บริษัท ดับบลิวเอ็ม ซิมูเลเตอร์ จำกัด จำนวน 3 ท่าน
– บริษัท ไทยไฟลท์เทรนนิ่ง จำกัด จำนวน 2 ท่าน
– บริษัท สยามแลนด์ ฟลายอิ้ง จำกัด จำนวน 2 ท่าน
– ทุนส่วนตัว 1 ท่าน
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเข้าใจในภาพรวม และความรู้พื้นฐานที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการฝึกอบรม และการประเมิน ในรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมด้านการบินแบบฐานสมรรถนะ หรือ Competency-Based ที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน และกฎระเบียบด้านการบินที่กำหนด โดยมีอาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 2 ท่าน จากกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ และกองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ได้แก่ อาจารย์ณัฎฐาวุฑฒิ์ จิรธัมมวัฒน์ และ อาจารย์วรฑา กุลเกียรติประวัติ เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายตลอดหลักสูตร
CATC Holds the Introduction to Aviation Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA-I) Course, Class 10.
Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the opening ceremony of the Introduction to Aviation Competency-Based Training and Assessment Course, Class 10. The CBTA-I Course training was conducted on December 2, 2024, at CATC, Bangkok.
In the CBTA-I Course, there were 16 participants from various organizations as follows:
- Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (3 participants);
- Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (2 participants);
- Pattaya Aviation Company Limited (3 participants);
- WM Simulator Company Limited (3 participants);
- Thai Flight Training Company Limited (2 participants);
- Siam Land Flying Company Limited (2 participants); and
- Personal fund (1 participant).
- The aforementioned Course’s objectives were to create understandings, regarding the training, in an overview, and build up essential fundamental knowledge, involving training and assessment in the form of the Introduction to Aviation Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA-I) which complied with the set-up aviation standards, rules, and regulations. There were 2 expert instructors from the Air Traffic Services Division, and the Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, CATC, giving lectures throughout the CBTA-I Course; the 2 instructors were Mr. Nutthawut Jirathammawat, and Mr. Vorrataa Kulkietpravat.
