ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO International Air Law (IAL) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 9-13 มีนาคม 2569 รุ่นที่ 5 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 9 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 3 ท่าน และบุคลากรจากบริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด จำนวน 6 ท่าน
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ องค์ประกอบของกฎหมายการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมสามารถสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ ICAO ต่อไป โดยได้เชิญ Ms. Axelle Cartier ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO เป็นครูผู้สอนในครั้งนี้

Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand is conducting ICAO International Air Law (IAL EN) Batch#5
Dr. Paksak Nernsai, Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC was a chairman at the classroom-delivery of ICAO International Air Law (IAL) opening ceremony. The IAL is conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 9-13 March 2026 by Ms. Axelle Cartier, ICAO instructor, with 9 participants from The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), and Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd.
The IAL training aims to enable representatives of Civil Aviation Administrations, Civil Aviation Authorities, Airports and Air Navigation Service Providers to support their organization in compliance with international air law, through application of appropriate knowledge and advocacy.
