ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Airport Operation Safety and Security (AOSS) รุ่นที่ 7 ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 17 – 21 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ ดำเนินการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรมการบิน และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 ท่าน จากสำนักงานการบินกองทัพอากาศ

สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ และศักยภาพให้แก่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความเข้าใจในเรื่องการดำเนินงานของสนามบินด้านความปลอดภัยและการรักษาความปลอดภัย อันก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้มากยิ่งขึ้น

Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the opening ceremony of the Airport Operation Safety and Security (AOSS) Course, Class 7, which was conducted from March 17-21, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok. The Course was conducted by the expert personnel in the aviation industry, and, in the Course, there were 10 participants from the Military Aviation Authority (MAA), the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF).

The AOSS Course had main objectives to develop and improve knowledge and competencies among the Course participants, so they would gain understandings in the airport operations in the aspects of safety and security, leading to more efficiency and effectiveness of the work performances.
