นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และนักศึกษา ของ สบพ. ร่วมจัดกิจกรรม “จิตอาสา” ทำโบว์สีดำไว้อาลัย สำหรับติดหน้าอกหรือแขนเสื้อ ก่อนนำไปจัดแจกให้กับพนักงาน นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน 2,000 ชิ้น สำหรับใช้เป็นเครื่องหมายถวายความอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ซึ่งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเริ่มดำเนินมาตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ บริเวณโถงชั้น 1 ณ อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สถาบัน

การจัดกิจกรรม “จิตอาสา” ทําโบว์สีดำไว้อาลัยในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือร่วมใจของคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และนักศึกษา ของ สบพ.ในการน้อมรำลึกและถวายความอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ด้วยความจงรักภักดีและสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้

Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, President of the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), together with CATC executives, staff, and students, held the “volunteering” activity, involving the making of black mourning ribbons for pinning on a shirt in the area close to the heart, or on a sleeve. The 2,000 pieces of black mourning ribbons were prepared and distributed to the CATC staff, students, and the public. They were used as a symbol of mourning and expressing condolence on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The aforementioned volunteering activity started and kept on continuing from October 27, 2025, at the Hallway, on the first floor of the Building of Aviation Human Resource Development Center, CATC, Bangkok.

The “volunteering” activity, involving the making of black mourning ribbons, was considered one of volunteering activities which reflected the cooperation, unity, and harmony of the CATC executives, staff, and students, upon the mourning and remembrance of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Thai citizens showed respect and expressed loyalty toward Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s gracious kindness.
