ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร ICAO International Air Law (IAL) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 11-15 พฤศจิกายน 2567 รุ่นที่ 3 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ และมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 15 ท่าน เป็นบุคลากรจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ องค์ประกอบของกฎหมายการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมสามารถสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ ICAO ต่อไป โดยได้เชิญ Ms. Axelle Cartier ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก ICAO เป็นครูผู้สอนในครั้งนี้
Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand is conducting ICAO International Air Law (IAL EN) Batch #3
Dr. Paksak Nernsai, Director of Aeronautical Services Training Division, acting Vice President in Academic Affairs, CATC was a chairman at the classroom-delivery of ICAO International Air Law (IAL) opening ceremony. The IAL is conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 11-15 November 2024 by Ms. Axelle Cartier, ICAO instructor, with 15 participants from The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
The IAL training aims to enable representatives of Civil Aviation Administrations, Civil Aviation Authorities, Airports and Air Navigation Service Providers to support their organization in compliance with international air law, through application of appropriate knowledge and advocacy.
