สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) โดยแผนกทดสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย กองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน จัดมอบประกาศนียบัตรให้แก่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Unpressurized Piston Engine Airplane MTOM not Exceeding 5,700kgs Refresher (UPEA-R) รุ่นที่ 8 จำนวน 24 คน โดยมี ดร.คงศักดิ์ ชมชุม ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน เป็นประธาน เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
ทั้งนี้ ผู้เข้ารับอบรมได้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมภาคทฤษฎีในวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 และฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติ ซึ่งได้แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ดังนี้
กลุ่มที่ 1 ฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 22 – 23 พฤศจิกายน 2568 จำนวน 12 คน
กลุ่มที่ 2 ฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 29 – 30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 จำนวน 12 คน
โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจาก บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน), Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL), กรมฝนหลวงและการบินเกษตร, Wingspan/TG, SAMS ENGINEERING, บริษัท ฮีโร่เอวิเอชั่น จำกัด, บริษัท ไทย เวียตเจ็ท แอร์ จอยท์ สต๊อค จำกัด, บริษัท ไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำกัด, บริษัท ไทย ไลอ้อน เมนทารี จำกัด, Saudi Arabian Airlines Technical Services, EZY airlines, บริษัท เรวีม่า เอเชีย แปชิฟิค จำกัด และ ศูนย์การบินทหารบกฝึกอบรม
CATC Presents Certificates to the 24 Participants of the Unpressurized Piston Engine Airplane MTOM not Expecting 5,700kgs Refresher (UPEA-R) Course, Class 8.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Department, Aircraft Maintenance Training Division (AMTD), held the certificate presenting ceremony for the 24 participants of the Unpressurized Piston Engine Airplane MTOM not Expecting 5,700kgs Refresher (UPEA-R) Course, Class 8. On the occasion, Dr. Kongsak Chomchum, Director of the Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony which was held on November 30, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
The participants passed the theoretical training on November 21, 2025, and the participants of the practical training were divided into 2 groups as below.
Group 1 practical training was conducted from November 22-23, 2025 (12 participants); and
Group 2 practical training was conducted from November 29 -30, 2025 (12 participants).
The UPEA-R Course participants were personnel from Thai Airways International Pcl.(THAI), Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL), Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation (DRRAA), Wingspan/TG Co.,Ltd., SAMS Engineering Co.,Ltd., Hero Aviation Co.,Ltd., Thai VietJet Air Joint Stock Co., Ltd. Thai Air Asia Co., Ltd., Thai Lion Mentari Co., Ltd., Saudi Arabian Airlines Technical Services Co., Ltd., EZY Airlines Co.,Ltd., Revima Asia Pacific Limited, and the Army Aviation Center (AAVNC)
