เมื่อวันที่ 12 มีนาคม 2568 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) และบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมบันทึกเทปโทรทัศน์ในรายการ “เคลียร์คัด ชัดเจน” ทางช่อง NBT2HD ณ สถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีนางสาวนันทิญา จิตตโสภาวดี ดำเนินรายการ
ในการนี้ ดร.อุสาห์ ต่อเทียนชัย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน สบพ.พร้อมด้วย นายเชิดพันธ์
โชติคุณ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ให้สัมภาษณ์ในประเด็น “TG X CATC
ผลิตช่างอากาศยานรองรับการขยายฝูงบิน” โดย ดร.อุสาห์ กล่าวถึงความพร้อมของ สบพ. ในการผลิตบุคลากรด้านช่างอากาศยานที่มีมาตรฐาน ตอบโจทย์ภาคอุตสาหกรรมการบินในอนาคต พร้อมย้ำว่า “อาชีพช่างอากาศที่ได้มาตรฐาน เริ่มต้นที่สถาบันการบินพลเรือน” ด้วยหลักสูตรนายช่างภาคพื้นดิน ที่ได้รับการรับรองตามข้อกำหนดของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) และมุ่งสู่การยกระดับเป็นสถาบันฝึกอบรมนายช่างภาคพื้นดินภายใต้มาตรฐานสำนักงานความปลอดภัยการบินของสหภาพยุโรป (EASA) จึงเชื่อมั่นได้ว่าผู้ที่เรียนช่างอากาศยานจาก สบพ. พร้อมเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมการบินของประเทศให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยานตามเป้าหมายของประเทศต่อไป
ด้านนายเชิดพันธ์ โชติคุณ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวถึงทิศทาง การเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมการบิน และแผนความต้องการบุคลากรด้านช่างอากาศยานของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) รวมถึงความก้าวหน้าของสายอาชีพช่างอากาศยาน เนื่องจากเป็นอาชีพเฉพาะทาง รายได้จึงมั่นคง นอกจากนี้ นายเชิดพันธ์ ยังได้แสดงความเชื่อมั่นในมาตรฐานของหลักสูตรนายช่างภาคพื้นดิน ของสถาบันการบินพลเรือนด้วย
สำหรับการบันทึกเทป รายการ “เคลียร์ คัด ชัดเจน” ประเด็น “TG X CATC ผลิตช่างอากาศยานรองรับการขยายฝูงบิน” จะออกอากาศในวันจันทร์ที่ 17 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 14.30 – 15.00 น.
On March 12, 2025, 2025, the Civil aviation Training Center (CATC) and Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, attended the videotaping event for the TV Program called, “Clear Cut Chad Jane”, which would be broadcast on the NBT2HD Channel. The event was held at the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT), located on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Bangkok. In the Clear Cut Chad Jane TV Program, Ms. Nantiya Jittasopavadee was the TV show host.
On the occasion, Dr. Usa Torteanchai, Director of Aeronautical Engineering Division, CATC, together with Mr. Cherdphan Chotikun, Chief Technical Officer from Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), gave an interview under the topic of “TG X CATC and the Producing of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for Supporting the Extension of Squadron”. Dr. Usa Torteanchai talked about the CATC’s readiness and promptness in producing qualified personnel in the field of aircraft maintenance, in order to respond the needs in the aviation industrial sector in the future. He also highlighted that “becoming qualified aircraft technicians, started from studying at CATC”. The CATC’s Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) Course was approved and certified, in compliance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). Moreover, the CATC was heading toward the leveraging of its organization to become the AMEL training organization which met the standards set up by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The graduates from the CATC’s AMEL Course were reliable and trustable; they were ready to be a part in propelling the aviation industry of Thailand, to become the hub of aircraft maintenance, according to the country’s goal.
In addition, Mr. Cherdphan Chotikun, Chief Technical Officer from Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), mentioned on the direction, and growth of the aviation industry, the plans, regarding the demands in aircraft maintenance personnel, by THAI, and the advancement in the career path in the field of aircraft maintenance engineers, and technicians. The aircraft maintenance engineer is considered a specialized job position, so it can generate income steadily. Furthermore, he showed trust in the standards of the AMEL Course, by CATC.
The “Clear Cut Chad Jane” TV Program, which featured the topic of “TG X CATC and the Producing of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for Supporting the Extension of Squadron”, would be broadcast on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 14.30-15.00 hrs.
