ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตร FOO (R) รุ่นที่ 13 พร้อมด้วย คณาจารย์ร่วมแสดงความยินดี ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 22 – 28 มีนาคม 2567 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 37 คน เป็นทุนจากประเทศเนปาล ภูฏาน พม่า เขมร เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2567        ณ สบพ.

Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Ph.D., Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony for the FOO (R) Course, Class 13, attended by instructors who came to congratulate on the accomplishments of the Course participants. The Course training was conducted from March 22 – 28, 2024. There were 37 participants in the Course; participants were funded by agencies in Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Cambodia. The certificate presenting ceremony for the FOO (R) Course was conducted from March 28, 2024, at CATC, Bangkok.
