นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และนักศึกษา สบพ. ร่วมพิธีน้อมถวายความอาลัยเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดีแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ที่ทรงเป็นแบบอย่างแห่งการทรงอุทิศพระวรกายในการบำเพ็ญพระราชกรณียกิจต่อเนื่อง ตลอดพระชนม์ชีพ เพื่อประเทศไทยและพสกนิกรชาวไทย ในวันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ บริเวณโถงชั้น G อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ได้กล่าวถวายคำอาลัย พร้อมนำคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และนักศึกษา ยืนสงบนิ่งเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นเวลา 93 วินาที และร่วมลงนามถวายความอาลัย
สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ขอน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นล้นพ้นอันหาที่สุดมิได้ ที่พระองค์ได้ทรงมีต่อพสกนิกรชาวไทย ทรงเป็นแม่ของแผ่นดิน และทรงเป็นมิ่งขวัญของปวงชนชาวไทยตลอดมา ทั้งทรงเป็นแบบอย่างแห่งการทรงอุทิศพระวรกายในการบำเพ็ญพระราชกรณียกิจต่อเนื่องตลอดพระชนม์ชีพเพื่อประเทศชาติและพสกนิกรชาวไทย โดยเสด็จพระราชดำเนินเคียงคู่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ 9 ด้วยความวิริยะอุตสาหะ และทรงบำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขแก่ราษฎรทุกพื้นที่ทั่วราชอาณาจักร โดยทรงก่อตั้งและสนับสนุนโครงการศิลปาชีพ และโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริมากมาย ซึ่งเป็นคุณูปการอันใหญ่หลวงต่อประเทศชาติ ทั้งนี้ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ขอร่วมสืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอดพระราชปณิธานด้วยความจงรักภักดี จะยึดมั่นในการปฏิบัติดี เพื่อรักษาบ้านเมือง และสร้างสรรค์คุณประโยชน์แก่ประเทศชาติ และประชาชนสืบไป
Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with the CATC executives and students, attended the memorial ceremony in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, and paid respect in front of the royal photo of Her Majesty The Queen Mother, in order to express loyalty and reverence toward Her Majesty the Queen Mother who was an exemplary model of lifelong dedication to royal duties and work that were carried out continuously throughout lifetime for the benefit of Thailand and the Thai people. The ceremony was held on November 17, 2025, on the G Floor of the Aviation Human Resource Development Center Building, CATC, Bangkok.
On the occasion, CATC President gave a mourning speech and led the CATC executives, staff, and students to pay respect to the passing Her Majesty The Queen Mother by standing still and silently to mourn and commemorate Her Majesty The Queen Mother’s gracious kindness for 93 seconds. Then, they all signed names and wrote condolence messages.
CATC would like to humbly express deepest gratitude toward Her Majesty The Queen Mother’s immeasurable benevolence, graciously bestowed upon the Thai people. Her Majesty The Queen Mother has long been revered as the Mother of the Land and always stayed in the hearts of all Thai citizens, as morale and mental support. Her Majesty The Queen Mother stood out as an exemplary model of lifelong dedication, having devoted entire royal life to the continuous royal work and duties for the nation and Thai people. Accompanied with His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother showed efforts and was determined to relieve the sufferings of Thai people and bring happiness and well-being conditions to Thai people, throughout the Kingdom of Thailand. Numerous royal projects were initiated and supported, such as arts and crafts projects, greatly benefitting Thailand. The SUPPORT Foundation was one of them.
In this regard, the CATC would like to continue, preserve, and extend Her Majesty The Queen Mother’s resolutions on helping Thai people, with loyalty. The CATC is committed to virtuous conduct and good practice to protect our nation, and create useful things for the utmost benefit of Thailand and Thai people.
