วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ – นางมนพร เจริญศรี รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม เป็นประธานในพิธีปฐมนิเทศนักบิน หลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี-เครื่องบิน รุ่นที่ 126 พร้อมด้วย นายทวีศักดิ์ อนรรฆพันธ์ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม, นายประภูศักดิ์ จินตะเวช ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม, นายนนทภูมิ ตั้งปณิธานนท์ ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี, พลเอก
ดร.ดิเรก ดีประเสริฐ ประธานกรรมการ สบพ. และคณะกรรมการ สบพ./ คณะผู้บริหารบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) / ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน คณะผู้บริหาร / คณาจารย์ และศิษย์การบิน เข้าร่วมในพิธี
นางมนพร เจริญศรี กล่าวว่า มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง สำหรับพิธีเปิดหลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี – เครื่องบิน รุ่นที่ 126 ในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเตรียมกำลังพลของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อรองรับการขยายฝูงบินในช่วง 5–10 ปีข้างหน้า โดยได้จัดส่งนักบินฝึกหัดเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมในหลักสูตรดังกล่าวกับ สบพ. ในปีงบประมาณ 2568 จำนวน 2 รุ่นๆละ 28 คน รวม 56 คน โดยรุ่นที่ 1 คือ รุ่น AP 126 และรุ่นที่ 2 กำหนดเปิดหลักสูตร ในวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2568 รวมทั้งบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้เปิดรับนักบินฝึกหัด
ซึ่งมีแผนส่งฝึกอบรมในปี 2569 ต่อไป
สำหรับศิษย์การบิน AP 126 จะเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ณ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ระหว่างวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 – 11 กันยายน 2569 รวมระยะเวลา 70 สัปดาห์ ครอบคลุมทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติอย่างเข้มข้น โดยครูการบินผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก สบพ. เพื่อร่วมกันผลิตนักบินที่มีคุณภาพ รองรับการขยายฝูงบินและเส้นทางการบินทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง ท่ามกลางอุตสาหกรรมการบินที่กำลังฟื้นตัว
สบพ. นับว่าเป็นหน่วยงานหลักที่ผลิตบุคลากรด้านการบินในระดับภูมิภาค มาแล้วกว่า 64 ปี และกำลังก้าวสู่ปีที่ 65 ภายใต้มาตรฐานการฝึกอบรมระดับโลก และได้รับการรับรองจากองค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO) ในระดับ Platinum ในโครงการ Trainair PLUS ซึ่งเป็นระดับสูงสุด นับเป็น 1 ใน 5 ของเอเชีย และเป็น 1 ใน 12 จากประเทศสมาชิกทั่วโลก ฝึกอบรมทั้งหลักสูตรภาคพื้นและภาคอากาศ รวมทั้งให้บริการช่างอากาศ บริการอากาศยาน และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จึงเชื่อมั่นว่า สบพ. มีบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ มีศูนย์ฝึกบินและเครื่องบินที่ทันสมัย รวมถึงระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อย่างครบวงจร เหมาะสมต่อการผลิตนักบินในรุ่นต่อ ๆ ไป
“ที่ผ่านมากระทรวงคมนาคม ได้มอบนโยบายผลักดันให้ สบพ. เป็นศูนย์กลางการพัฒนาบุคลากรการบินของประเทศ โดยสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อยกระดับศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อ.หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ทั้งในด้านอาคาร อุปกรณ์ และหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม โดยโครงการงานก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์ฝึกการบินหัวหินและสิ่งก่อสร้างประกอบพร้อมครุภัณฑ์ ระยะที่ 1 มูลค่า 414.4 ล้านบาท คาดการณ์จะเริ่มก่อสร้างในเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 และแล้วเสร็จภายในปี 2570 และระยะที่ 2 วงเงิน 130.8 ล้านบาท นับเป็นอาคารเรียนและฝึกอบรมที่มีความทันสมัย พร้อมรองรับการผลิตและพัฒนานักบินที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของสายการบินในอนาคต ดังนั้นจึงขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานในอุตสาหกรรมการบินและอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ร่วมกันสนับสนุน สบพ. ” นางมนพร กล่าว
ด้านนางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการ สบพ. ระบุว่า หลักสูตรนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี – เครื่องบิน ของ สบพ. ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) ครอบคลุมการฝึกบินในอากาศยานทั้งแบบเครื่องยนต์เดียวและหลายเครื่องยนต์ การเตรียมความพร้อมการสอบขอใบอนุญาตนักบินพาณิชย์ตรี (Commercial Pilot License – CPL) ตามมาตรฐาน ICAO ให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่นักบินได้อย่างมืออาชีพ ในอุตสาหกรรม
การบินที่มีความซับซ้อนและท้าทาย จึงเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของ สบพ. ที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจและการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สายการบินแห่งชาติ ซึ่งนอกจากเป็นการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถนักบินในสังกัดแล้ว ยังสะท้อนศักยภาพและความพร้อมของ สบพ. ในการเป็นกำลังหลักพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมการบินไทย สู่การเป็น Aviation Hub of ASEAN ซึ่งเป็นเป้าหมายระดับชาติ ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาลอีกด้วย
โดยศิษย์การบิน AP-126 ได้ผ่านขั้นตอนการตรวจคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทางการแพทย์ ชั้น 1 (Class 1 Medical Assessment) เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงมีความพร้อมทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ ที่จะศึกษาอบรม ซึ่งเน้นทั้งด้านทฤษฎีการบิน การนำร่อง และกฎระเบียบการบิน รวมถึงการปลูกฝังวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ
การตัดสินใจภายใต้ความกดดัน รวมถึงการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีม อันเป็นทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับอาชีพนักบิน เพื่อให้ศิษย์ทุกคนพร้อมปฏิบัติหน้าที่อันทรงเกียรตินี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On June 9, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok – Mrs. Manaporn Charoensri, Deputy Minister of Transport, presided over the student pilot orientation ceremony for the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Course (Aeroplane), Class 126. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Taweesak Anakkaphan, Advisor to Deputy Minister of Transport, Mr. Prapusak Jintavech, Assistant Secretary to Minister of Transport, Mr. Nonthapoom Tungpanitanont, attached to the Secretariat of the Prime Minister, General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, Chairman of the CATC Board of Directors and CATC Committee/ executive of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited/ CATC President/ CATC executives/ instructors and student pilots attended the ceremony.
Miss Manaporn Charoensri said that it was a pleasure to preside over the opening ceremony for the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Course (Aero-plane), Class 126. This CPL Course is considered an important mechanism for preparing personnel for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI Plc.) systematically to support the extension of the squadron of planes in the next 5-10 years. The 2 classes of pilot trainees were sent for training in the aforementioned CPL Course in the fiscal year of 2025. Each class had 28 participants; the 2 classes would have 56 participants in total. The CPL Course, Class 1: AP 126, and Class 2, would open on September 8, 2025. In addition, Thai Airways International Plc. opened an opportunity to pilot trainees to join the Company, and it planned to send the pilot trainees to participate in the training in 2026.
The student pilots of the Class AP 126 would attend the CPL Course training at the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin), Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, from June 9, 2025 -September 11, 2026. The duration of training would take 70 weeks in total. The CPL Course would cover intensive theoretical part and practical part conducted by the expert flight instructors from CATC who worked cooperatively to produce qualified pilots for supporting the extension of the squadron of planes and flying routes at both domestic and international levels in continuity, amidst the recovering aviation industry.
CATC is considered the main aviation training organization that has been producing aviation personnel at the regional level for more than 64 years, heading toward 65 years, under the global training standards. Moreover, CATC is certified and approved by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as the Platinum Member of the TRAINAIR Plus Project. The Platinum Membership is considered the highest status. CATC is 1 of the 5 aviation training organizations of the Asia Region, and it is 1 of the 12 aviation training organizations of the member states at the global level. In addition, CATC offers various trainings, regarding the ground training courses and air training programs. Also, it offers aircraft maintenance engineering services, aircraft services, relevant services, and so on. It can be assured that CATC has personnel with experiences, cutting-edge flight training center, aircraft, and learning support system in a one-stop service that are regarded appropriate and suitable for producing pilots in the next following generations.
“Previously, the Ministry of Transport has transferred the transport policies to CATC, regarding the driving of CATC forward to become the hub of aviation personnel development in Thailand. The Ministry of Transport granted the budget to CATC for leveraging the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin) in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, in terms of buildings, equipment, courses, and programs. The project on the construction of the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin) and supplementary facilities equipped with durable goods, phase 1, was worth 414.4 million Baht. The aforementioned project would start in August 2025, and it would have finished by 2027. For phase 2, the budget for construction was worth 130.8 million Baht. The Flight Training Center of CATC includes modern classrooms and buildings for training which is ready for supporting the producing and developing of qualified pilots, conforming to the international standards. Since the number of qualified pilots needs to be sufficient for the increasing demands of airlines in the future, we would like to ask for cooperation from agencies and organizations in the aviation industry and relevant industries from both government and private sectors, to support CATC collaboratively”, Mrs. Manaporn Charoensri says.
Mrs. Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, stated that the CPL Course – Aeroplane by CATC, which was approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), covered the aircraft flying training with both single-engine aircraft and multi-engine aircraft, and the test preparation for Commercial Pilot License (CPL), in compliance with the ICAO standards. Consequently, the trained pilots would be able to perform their flying conduct professionally within the complex and challenging aviation industry. This was considered another important step of CATC. In addition, CATC gained trust and great support from Thai Airways International Plc., or the Thailand’s national airline. Apart from developing the CATC pilot competencies, the CATC could reflect its potential, competency, and promptness in becoming the main force for developing the aviation industry of Thailand, and heading toward the becoming of the Aviation Hub of ASEAN to achieve one of the national goals according to the Royal Thai Government Policies.
The student pilots of the Class AP-126 passed the recruitment procedure completely according to the criteria of Class 1 Medical Assessment, so they were ready in terms of prompt physical and mental strengths for studying in the CPL Course. The CPL Course emphasizes on the theories, regarding aviation science, navigation, rules and regulations, disciplinary awareness, responsibility, decision-making under pressure, communications, and teamwork skills that are essential for pilots. The CPL Course will prepare all student pilots to be ready for performing the honorable flying duties with efficiency.
