3. Submit both forms with the required documents to CATC-LPTC at least 2 days prior to your test date.
Required Documents • Certified copy of License Held • Certified copy of ID Card • Uncapped Photograph x1 ( Size: 1 inch)
Submit via Email (lptc@catc.or.th ) or By hand at CATC-LPTC (7th Floor, Building A)
4.Pay the Test Fee of 3000 baht.
Pay the Test Fee in person at CATC-Finance Department (2nd Floor, Building A),or
Transfer the Test Fee to: CATC Krungthai Bank Saving account: 035-1-29083-4
Please save the bank transfer slip and Present it on the test date.
Note : If an applicant expects to arrive late, he/she shall notify LPTC not less than 15 minutes before the scheduled test time.The time of the test will be based upon consideration of the interlocutor. If another test taker is available, the late-arriving applicant will be required to wait and will be permitted to take the test after the other test taker has completed their session. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show case.
In case of cancellation, the applicant must notify CATC-LPTC not less than 24 hours prior to the test date the LPTC will reschedule the test at no additional charge.
In all cases, this will result in a fine of 500 THB and the test fee will be forfeited. Should the applicant wish to register for another test, the test fee will be 3,500 THB.
