COURSE GOAL

The course provides personnel involved in safety management with the competencies required to efficiently capture, assess and manage safety data contained in aviation safety reports, in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and Doc 9859.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

At the successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Implement effectively regulations and procedures related to safety occurrence reporting,
Implement functional requirements for safety occurrence reporting systems in accordance with applicable State regulations,
Manage an effective safety occurrence reporting system by implementing data protection measures, applying suitable taxonomies and ensuring data quality to enable further conversion from safety data to safety information.
