COURSE GOAL

This course provides trainees with essential knowledge, skill, and attitude through theoretical and practical training to develop effective trainers/instructors.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

After successfully completing the course, the trainees will be able to understand basic knowledge and apply them to their work in the following learned topic;

• Conduct classroom training/teaching effectively.
• Develop tests effectively.

TARGET POPULATION

• Pre-service and in-service trainers/instructors with no or little instructional experience background 
• Aviation personnel who wish to equip with instructional competencies
• Active trainers/instructors who wish to refresh their instructional competencies

Duration: 7 Days / 42 Hours
Delivery Mode: Classroom
Language of Instruction: Bi-lingual

CERTIFICATE CRITERIA

• Certificate of Attendance for participants with 80% of attendance
• Certificate of Successful Completion for participants with 80% of attendance and get an average score of 80%
