COURSE GOAL

This course provides trainees with an overview and essential knowledge regarding competency-based
training and assessment (CBTA) in aviation industries that comply with required aviation standards.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

Upon completing this course, trainees will be able to;

Explain CBTA and its principle
Appreciate the need for CBTA
Differentiate CBTA and other types of training
Define related units and their role in CBTA
Explain the implementation of CBTA
