COURSE GOAL

This course provides trainees with essential knowledge, skill, and attitude from the theoretical and practical training to become familiar and proficient with radio, light signal, and hand signal communication in either normal or emergency situations to optimize the accuracy and understanding between Airside operators when communicating.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

After completing this course, the participants will be equipped with a basic understanding of the following;

• Execute an emergency plan promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate between parties involved using proper communication procedures.
• Conduct troubleshoot when voice communication fails.

• Airside Operator;
• Airport Firefighter and Rescue Officer;
• Airport Safety officer;
• Civil Aviation Authority Officer.

Certification Criteria

• Certificate of Attendance for participants with 80% of attendance
• Certificate of Successful Completion for participants with 80% of attendance and get an average score of 80%
