To provide participants with detailed of an aircraft accident and serious incident investigation,
in accordance with ICAO Annex 13 Standards. The course focuses on the fundamental skills required of an accident investigator. Furthermore, it is concentrate on applying techniques to the specialized aspects of aircraft operations and includes simulated accident investigation where delegates can apply the new skills learned.

– Describe the process of a State accident/incident investigation under ICAO Annex 13
– Explain basic concepts of the model of accident causation
– Apply aircraft accident investigation techniques and methodologies in formal aircraft accident investigations
– Manage the aircraft accident investigation process
