เมื่อวันพุธที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) ได้ให้การต้อนรับ นายสุรพล โอภาสเสถียร ประธานอนุกรรมการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ (SubPAC) พร้อมด้วยคณะอนุกรรมการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ สาขาขนส่ง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายรัฐวิสาหกิจ และบริษัท ทริส คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด เนื่องในโอกาสการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ สาขาขนส่ง และตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจ (Site Visit) ณ ห้องประชุมอาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
ในโอกาสนี้ นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วย คณะผู้บริหาร สบพ. เข้าร่วมการประชุมและให้การต้อนรับ เพื่อพิจารณาร่างบันทึกข้อตกลงประเมินผลการดำเนินงานรัฐวิสาหกิจประจำปีบัญชี 2568 และรับฟังปัญหา/อุปสรรคในการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของ สบพ. ทั้งนี้ สบพ. จะนำคำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะของคณะอนุกรรมการฯ เป็นแนวทางประกอบการดำเนินงานของ สบพ. ต่อไป
CATC Welcomed SEPO in the SubPAC Meeting, Regarding Transport and Site Visit for Assessing the Operations of State Enterprises.
On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) welcomed Mr. Surapol Opasatien, Chairperson of the Performance Agreement Sub-Committee (SubPAC), for assessing the operations state enterprises, and the members of the SubPAC for Transport, from State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), and Tris Corporation Company Limited, on the occasion of the SubPAC Meeting, regarding transport and site visit for assessing the operations of state enterprises. The meeting was held at the Conference Room of the Aviation Human Resource Development Center, CATC, Bangkok.
On the occasion, Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, together with CATC executives, attended the meeting and welcomed the relevant parties from SEPO and Tris Corporation Company Limited, in order to consider the draft performance agreement for assessing the operations state enterprises in the fiscal year of 2025, and listen to problems/obstacles in operations. In addition, the SubPAC’s suggestions upon the CATC’s performance were given to CATC; the CATC would take the advice and suggestions from the SubPAC in consideration as the guidelines for the CATC’s operations and performances.
