ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย รองผู้ว่าการ ฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดหลักสูตร Basic Air Navigation Services: Overview of ANS (BANS) รุ่นที่ 1 ซึ่งดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมในระหว่างวันที่ 26 – 30 มกราคม 2569 การจัดฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์นภดล พริ้งวณิชย์ จากบริษัท แบร์แคท เออีแอล จำกัด ในการบรรยายให้ความรู้กับผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมตลอดหลักสูตร
โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 17 คน ดังนี้
– บริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จํากัด จำนวน 15 คน
– AIRNAV INDONESIA จำนวน 2 คน
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเข้าใจภาพรวมและองค์ประกอบสำคัญของ Air Navigation Services (ANS) ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations), โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (CNS), ขั้นตอนออกแบบเส้นทางบิน (Flight Procedure Design), ข้อมูลการบิน (AIS/AIM) และ ระบบบริหารความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพ (SMS/QMS) ซึ่งจะสามารถนำไปปรับใช้กับงานของต้นสังกัดได้ต่อไป

Dr. Pansak Noensai, Vice President of Academic Affairs, chaired the opening ceremony for the classroom delivery of “Basic Air Navigation Services: Overview of ANS (BANS) Batch#1.
The BANS training session is being conducted at CATC, Thailand during 26 – 30 January 2026. The training session is conducted by expert instructors, Mr. Naphadon Pringwanich from Bearcat AEL Co., Ltd. The session is also included with 17 participants from various aviation sectors;
– 15 participants from Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd.
– 2 participants from AIRNAV Indonesia
The objective of this course was to provide participants with an overall understanding of Air Navigation Services (ANS) and its key components, covering Operations, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) infrastructure, Flight Procedure Design, Aeronautical Information Services / Aeronautical Information Management (AIS/AIM), as well as Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems (SMS/QMS) which can be further adapted and implemented within their respective organizations.
