ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) เป็นประธานในการประชุมสัมมนาทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนดิจิทัลของสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักดิจิทัลการบิน สบพ. มีคณะผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน สบพ. เข้าร่วม เมื่อวันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ
ในงานประชุมสัมมนาครั้งนี้ สำนักดิจิทัลการบินรายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลประจำปี 2568 พร้อมเปิดเผยทิศทางการดำเนินงานในปี 2569 รวมทั้งเปิดเวทีให้ทุกหน่วยงานของ สบพ. ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแสดงความคิดเห็น นำเสนอประเด็นปัญหาจากการปฏิบัติงานจริง เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบดิจิทัลของ สบพ.ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำเสนอองค์ความรู้ระบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กร (สมัยใหม่) เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมสัมมนาเข้าใจหลักการ แนวคิด และประโยชน์ของการใช้ระบบดิจิทัลที่จะมาสนับสนุนงาน

CATC Heads Toward the Becoming of Digital Organization to Hold an Annual Seminar on the Direction for Driving the Digital Literacy of CATC in the Year of 2026.
Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, CATC, presided over an annual seminar on the direction for driving the digital literacy of CATC in the year of 2026. Which was held by the Aviation Digital Division, CATC. The seminar was attended by CATC executives, and staff, on December 17, 2025, at the Building of Aviation Human Resource Development Center, CATC, Bangkok.
During the seminar, the Aviation Digital Division reported the 2025 annual performances of the operations on digital technologies and revealed the operational directions for the year of 2026. Moreover, all work units inside CATC took an opportunity to exchange opinions, and present issues on problems from real-life work performances for considerations on the improvement and development of the digital systems of CATC for better efficiencies. In addition, a presentation was made to deliver knowledge on the (modern) organizational management systems. Therefore, the participants of the seminar would understand the principles, concepts, benefits, and advantages of the use of digital systems for supporting the work and operations of the Aviation Digital Division in the future.
