เป็นประธานพิธีถวายผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทานกระทรวงคมนาคม ประจำปี 2568
โดยมี นายรัชพงษ์ ชูแก้ว เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคม นายชยธรรม์ พรหมศร ปลัดกระทรวงคมนาคม และคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูง หัวหน้าหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม เข้าร่วมพิธีฯ ซึ่งการถวายผ้าพระกฐินพระราชทานในครั้งนี้ กระทรวงคมนาคม หน่วยงานในสังกัด และประชาชนทั่วไปได้ร่วมบริจาคโดยเสด็จพระราชกุศล เป็นเงินจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 3,599,999 บาท
ในโอกาสนี้ ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร และดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร สบพ. เป็นผู้แทนผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน เข้าร่วมพิธีถวายผ้า
พระกฐินพระราชทานกระทรวงคมนาคม ประจำปี 2568 เมื่อวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 09.09 น. ณ วัดเทพธิดารามวรวิหาร เขตพระนคร กรุงเทพมหานคร

Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Ministry of Transport, presided over the 2025 annual royal Kathin robe offering ceremony. On the occasion, Mr. Ratchapong Chukaew, Secretary to the Minister of Transport, Mr. Chayatan Phromsorn, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Transport, Senior Executives, and Heads of Organizations operating work under the Ministry of Transport, attended the ceremony. According to the royal Kathin robe offering ceremony, money in a total amount of 3,599,999 Baht was donated from the Ministry of Transport, organizations under the Ministry of Transport, and Thai people, in order to support the charitable Kathin robe offering activity.

In this opportunity, Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs and Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, together with CATC executives, acted as the representatives for the CATC President to attend the 2025 annual royal Kathin robe offering ceremony, on October 22, 2025, at 09.09 hrs., at Wat Thepthidaram Woraviharn, located in Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok.
