เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ร่วมบันทึกเทปโทรทัศน์ในรายการ “NBT มีคำตอบ” ทางช่อง NBT2HD ณ สถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต กรุงเทพฯ โดยนายนวัศกรณ์ สรษณะ ดำเนินรายการ
ในการนี้ ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ให้สัมภาษณ์ในประเด็น “ผลิตคนด้านการบิน ดัน ไทย สู่การเป็น Aviation Hub” กล่าวถึงความต้องการแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมการบินของไทยที่ขยายตัวตามการฟื้นตัวของภาคธุรกิจการบิน รวมถึงภารกิจการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความสามารถและมีศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของ สบพ. เพื่อสนับสนุนและสนองนโยบาย Aviation Hub ของรัฐบาล โดยเป็นสถาบันฝึกอบรมที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) และได้รับการรับรองจากองค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (International Civil Aviation Organization: ICAO) ในฐานะสมาชิกโครงการ ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS ระดัับ Platinum ซึ่งเป็นสถานะสมาชิกระดับสูงสุดของโครงการและเป็นแห่งแรกและแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย ถือเป็นอีกก้าวแห่งความสำเร็จสู่มาตรฐานการฝึกอบรมด้านการบินระดับโลก
ในฐานะที่สถาบันการบินพลเรือนมีบทบาทสำคัญ เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ทำหน้าที่ผลิตและพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านการบิน ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการพัฒนา อุตสาหกรรมการบินของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน อีกทั้ง สบพ. อยู่ระหว่างการยกระดับเป็นสถาบันฝึกอบรมนายช่างภาคพื้นดินตามมาตรฐานสำนักงานความปลอดภัยการบินของสหภาพยุโรป (EASA) อีกด้วย
สำหรับการบันทึกเทป “ผลิตคนด้านการบิน ดัน ไทย สู่การเป็น Aviation Hub” จะออกอากาศในวันพุธที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2567 เวลา 15.30 – 16.00 น.
CATC Attends the Event of Videotaping of the TV Program, “NBT Has Answers”.
On November 11, 2024, CATC attended the event of videotaping of the TV Program, “NBT Has Answers”, which would be broadcast on NBT2HD Channel. The aforementioned event was held at the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT), located on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Bangkok. Mr. Nawatsakon Sonsana was the host of the “NBT Has Answers” TV Program.
On the occasion, Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, CATC, gave an interview in the topic of “Aviation Personnel Producing for Propelling Thailand Forward to Become the Aviation Hub”. She mentioned the increasing demands for workforce in the Thailand’s aviation industry, due to the recovery of aviation business sector, including the missions on the preparation of personnel in terms of knowledge, competencies, and potentials for CATC’s work and operations, in order to support and respond to the Royal Thai Government Policy on Becoming the Aviation Hub. CATC is an aviation training organization which is approved and certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as the Platinum Member of the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Project. The status of Platinum Membership is considered the highest level in the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Project. CATC is the first and the only aviation training organization in Thailand which is honored to earn the aforementioned status. It is considered another successful step for CATC, regarding the earning of Platinum Membership, heading toward the meeting of global aviation training standards. The CATC plays an important role, as it is the organization of learning, regarding the producing and developing of human resources in aviation. Human resources are main factors for developing the aviation industry of the country with sustainability. In addition, CATC is still in the progress of the organizational leverage to become the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Training Organization which follows the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Standards.
The videotaping of the TV Program, “Aviation Personnel Producing for Propelling Thailand Forward to Become the Aviation Hub”, would be broadcast on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 15.30 – 16.00 hrs.
