สบพ. ปิดอบรมหลักสูตร Aeroplane Piston Refresher Course (APR) รุ่นที่ 46 ต่อใบอนุญาตนายช่างภาคพื้นดินให้ทันสมัยและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พร้อมมอบประกาศนียบัตร ให้แก่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 26 คน CATC Holds the Closing Ceremony for the Aeroplane Piston Refresher Course (APR Course), Class 46, under the Aim to Renew and Update the AMEL License for Complying with the Standards; Certificates are Given to the 26 Participants of the APR Course. - สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.)

เมื่อวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2568 สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) โดยแผนกทดสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย กองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน ได้จัดพิธีปิดอบรมหลักสูตร Aeroplane Piston Refresher Course (APR) รุ่นที่ 46 มี ดร.คงศักดิ์ ชมชุม
หัวหน้าแผนกทดสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย รักษาการในตำแหน่ง ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาช่างอากาศยาน เป็นประธานมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 26 คน ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ระหว่างวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ – 10 มีนาคม 2568

โดยมีผู้เข้ารับอบรมจาก กรมฝนหลวงและการบินเกษตร, บริษัท เซาท์อีสเอเชียแอร์คราฟเมนทแนนซเซอร์วิส จำกัด, กองพันซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องบินทำหารบก, บริษัท ไทย เวียตเจ็ท แอร์ จอยท์ สต๊อค จำกัด,
สายการบิน นกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน), THAI VIET JET AIR AND STOCK, บริษัท ไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำกัด และ Bangkok Aviation Center ฝึกอบรม ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ

สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าว เป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสำหรับผู้มีใบอนุญาตนายช่างภาคพื้นดิน ที่มีความประสงค์ยื่นคำขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตผู้ประจำหน้าที่หลังจากที่ใบอนุญาตเดิมหมดอายุลง จัดขึ้นเพื่อทบทวนความรู้ด้านทฤษฏีและทักษะการฝึกปฏิบัติของนายช่างภาคพื้นดิน และเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มช่างอากาศยาน

On March 9, 2025, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by Non-Destructive Testing Department, Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, held the closing ceremony for the Aeroplane Piston Refresher Course (APR Course), Class 46. On the occasion, Dr. Kongsak Chomchum, Head of Non-Destructive Testing Department and Acting Director of Aircraft Maintenance Training Division, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony held for 26 participants of the APR Course. The theoretical and practical part trainings were conducted from February 28 – March 10, 2025.

The APR Course participants were from the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation, Southeast-Asia Aircraft Maintenance Service Co.,Ltd., Aircraft Maintenance Battalion of the Royal Thai Army (RTA), Thai VietJet Air Joint Stock Co.,Ltd., Nok Airlines Plc., Thai AirAsia Co.,Ltd., and Bangkok Aviation Center; they attended the training at CATC, Bangkok.

The APR Course is the training course for personnel who have already got the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) and want to send a request for the renewal of Personnel License after the previous one is expired. The Course was also held for reviewing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of aircraft maintenance engineers, aircraft mechanics, and technicians.
