The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) attended the event of moral organization assessment according to the project on the assessment of moral communities, organizations, districts, and provinces, under the operational plan on the promotion of the national morality, phase 2: B.E. 2566-2570 (2023-2027). In the fiscal year of 2024, the assessment of moral organizations was made at the organizational level, in an overview, or the level of “the role model moral organization”. Different organizations at the level of Office/Division participated in the assessment in compliance with the criteria of the moral organization assessment. The assessment result showed that at the Office/Division level, there were 9 internal organizations of the CATC that were considered and approved by the National Moral Promotion Committee (NMPC) to conform to the level of “the role model moral organization”; these 9 internal organizations of the CATC were Finance Division, Central Administration Division, Communication and Aviation Business Development Division, Aviation Digital Division, Air Traffic Services Division, Aviation Science Management Division, Aeronautical Engineering Division, Aviation English and Support Division, and Aircraft Maintenance Training Division. Mr. Chayatan Phromsorn, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Transport, wrote down his signature on the certificate, as he was the Chairperson of the Moral Promotion Subcommittee for the Ministry of Transport.

On the occasion, CATC held the certificate presenting ceremony to honor the moral organizations at the internal organizational level in the fiscal year of 2024; the aforementioned ceremony was presided over by Miss Pukkanut Makchouy, CATC President, under main objectives of praising and honoring moral organizations, and creating mental support, strength, and motivation in the development and promotion of propelling the culture of moral organizations within the CATC. The event was held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
