เมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568 ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรหลักสูตร Flight Operations Officer Refresher : FOO (R) รุ่นที่ 16 พร้อมด้วย คณาจารย์กองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ ร่วมแสดงความยินดี ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 20 – 26 มีนาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 37 คน เป็นทุนจากประเทศเนปาล พม่า ภูฏาน และไทย ฝึกอบรม ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
โดยหลักสูตร FOO (R) หรือ Flight Operations Officer Refresher ได้ออกแบบมาเพื่อทำการฝึกทบทวน ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติอย่างเข้มข้น ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานเที่ยวบิน พนักงานอํานวยการบิน เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถรับมือกับการดำเนินงานเที่ยวบินที่ทันสมัย ของระบบขนส่งทางอากาศเชิงพาณิชย์ต่อไป
On March 26, 2025, Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the certificate presenting ceremony for the Flight Operations Officer Refresher Course (FOO (R)), Class 16; the aforementioned certificate presenting ceremony was also attended by the instructors from the Air Traffic Services Division. They congratulated the participants due to their completion of the FOO (R) Course which was held from March 20-26, 2025. There were 37 participants attended the Course; they were funded with the aviation training scholarships from Nepal, Myanmar, Bhutan, and Thailand. The FOO (R) Course training was conducted at CATC, Bangkok.
The Flight Operations Officer Refresher Course, or FOO (R) Course was designed for refreshing the aviation knowledge in terms of advanced theories and practices, involving flight operations, and flight dispatchers; the Course would help the participants handle with the cutting-edge flight operations by the commercial air transport systems.
