ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร JAA TO Course: Special Operating Rules: ETOPS, MNPS, RVSM, LVO (AWOPS), PBN รุ่นที่ 1 (กลุ่มที่ 1) ซึ่งดำเนินการฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 25 – 26 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ ดำเนินการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จาก JAA TO Mr. Brian Greeves โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 12 คน จาก สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.)
Dr. Paksak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division, acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, presided over the closing ceremony of the JAA TO: Special Operating Rules: ETOPS, MNPS, RVSM, LVO (AWOPS), PBN Batch#1 Group 1 conducted at CATC Thailand, Bangkok, during 25-26 August 2025 Sincere appreciation is extended to the instructors from JAA TO, including Mr.Brian Greeves, as well as to the 12 participants from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรม มุ่งเน้นให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้นฐานของข้อกำหนดด้านการปฏิบัติการบินตามมาตรฐานสากล สหภาพยุโรป และระดับประเทศ ในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ETOPS, MNPS, RVSM, LVO (AWOPS) และ PBN โดยครอบคลุมเฉพาะด้านการปฏิบัติการ และให้ภาพรวมเบื้องต้นในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อกำหนดด้านความสมควรเดินอากาศ
The course provided and explained the background to the existing requirements (International, EU and National) in regard to ETOPS, MNPS, RVSM, LVO (AWOPS) and PBN. This course covers the operational aspects in detail and only provides an overview of the associated airworthiness requirements.
