ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่งรองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ เป็นประธานเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Search and Rescue Administrations รุ่นที่ 3 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เป็นบุคลากรจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการค้นหาและช่วยเหลืออากาศยานและเรือที่ประสบภัย จำนวน 7 ท่าน จากหน่วยงานระบบการค้นหาและช่วยเหลืออากาศยานและเรือที่ประสบภัย (SAR system) ของประเทศ ฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 3 -12 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ

สำหรับหลักสูตรดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เพื่อให้ผู้ฝึกอบรม มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการปฎิบัติงานตามรูปแบบการค้นหาและกู้ภัยสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony of the Search and Rescue Administrations Course, Class 3. On the occasion, in the Course, there were 7 participants who were personnel from the Office of the Search and Rescue Commission (OSRC), agencies and organizations that operated work, at the national level, involving Search and Rescue System (SAR System). The Search and Rescue Administrations Course Training was conducted from November 3-12, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.

The aforementioned course had main objectives to train the participants in terms of knowledge, and operational competencies and work performances, in compliance with the international search and rescue scopes and frameworks, together with efficiencies.
