วันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ รักษาการในตำแหน่ง รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) เป็นประธานเปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Principle of Aviation Safety Management System (P-SMS) และ หลักสูตร Principle of Aviation Quality Management System (P-QMS) ให้แก่บุคลากรจาก บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 24 ท่าน ซึ่งสำนักงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรและฝึกอบรม TRAINAIR PLUS ดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 13 – 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)
หลักสูตร Principle of Aviation Safety Management System (P-SMS) จัดฝึกอบรมวันที่
13 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายวรฑา กุลเกียรติประวัติ ครูวิชาภาคพื้น ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ หัวหน้าแผนกวิชาช่างอากาศยาน กองวิชาช่างอากาศ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายให้ความรู้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบนิรภัยการบิน (Safety Management System: SMS) อันประกอบด้วย นิยาม คำจำกัดความต่าง ๆ บทบาทของหน่วยงาน และกฏหมายพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านนิรภัยการบินในระดับประเทศ และระดับสากล
หลักสูตร Principle of Aviation Quality Management System (P-QMS) จัดฝึกอบรมวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวนฤมล ประดิษฐ์ทรัพย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ประกันคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมด้านการบิน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายให้ความรู้
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้และความเข้าใจมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบประกันคุณภาพในอุตสาหกรรมการบิน เป้าหมาย ประเภทและกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการตรวจประเมิน (Audit) ในระบบประกันคุณภาพ โดยเน้นย้ำความสำคัญ และผลลัพธ์เชิงบวกต่อองค์กรที่มีระบบประกันคุณภาพที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
โดยทั้ง 2 หลักสูตร เป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมความรู้พื้นฐานของสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ที่เหมาะกับบุคลากรด้านการบิน และบุคคลทั่วไปที่มีความสนใจในหัวข้อดังกล่าวฯ โดยผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถนำความรู้และทักษะพื้นฐานที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏับิติงาน รวมถึงต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ในหลักสูตรขั้นสูงสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านนิรภัยการบิน (Safety Personnel) และเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านประกันคุณภาพ (Quality Personnel) ต่อไป
On November 13, 2025, Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Director of Air Traffic Services Division and Acting Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, presided over the opening ceremonies of the Principle of Aviation Safety Management System Course (P-SMS Course) and the Principle of Aviation Quality Management System Course (P-QMS Course), held for 24 persons who were personnel from Thai airways International Public Company Limited (THAI). The Office of TRAINAIR PLUS Course Development and Training conducted the aforementioned course trainings from November 13-14, 2025, at Thai airways International Public Company Limited (THAI).
The training of the Principle of Aviation Safety Management System (P-SMS) Course was conducted on November 13, 2025. The P-SMS Course was honored to have Mr. Vorrataa Kulkeitpravat, Ground Instructor and Acting Head of Aircraft Maintenance Training Department, give a lecture and disseminate knowledge, as a guest speaker. The objectives of the Course were to create awareness and build up understanding in the Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), comprising of meanings and definitions in aviation, roles and responsibilities of aviation safety organizations, and fundamental laws and regulations on aviation safety, at the national and international levels.
The training of the Principle of Aviation Quality Management System (P-QMS) Course was conducted on November 14, 2025. The P-QMS Course was honored to have Miss Naruemol Praditsap, Quality Assurance Officer, from the Office of Aviation Training Quality Assurance, CATC, give a lecture and disseminate knowledge, as a guest speaker. The objectives of the Course were to create awareness and build up understanding in the fundamental quality assurance system in the aviation industry, goals, types, and procedures relevant to the audit in the quality assurance system. Emphasis and focus had to be made on the importance and positive outcomes toward the organizations which had efficient quality assurance system.
The 2 Courses were properly conducted for training aviation personnel, and people who were interested in the topics of P-SMS, and P-QMS, in terms of the CATC’s fundamental knowledge. The Course participants would be able to use and apply basic knowledge and skills gained from the training with the work operations and performances. Also, they could extend their knowledge in the advanced courses for safety personnel and quality assurance personnel.
