สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) โดยกองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ จัดพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร Flight Operations Officer Refresher : FOO(R) รุ่นที่ 19 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 19 – 25 ธันวาคม 2568 ให้กับพนักงานอำนวยการบินจากสายการบินทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 38 คน โดยมี ดร.พันศักดิ์ เนินทราย รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายวิชาการ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมฯ พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ภัทราวดี อยู่ปาน หัวหน้าแผนกวิชาบริการการเดินอากาศ กองวิชาบริการการจราจรทางอากาศ เป็นผู้มอบประกาศนียบัตรการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรดังกล่าว เมื่อวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ ดำเนินการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากเหล่าทัพ และสายการบิน
โดยหลักสูตร Flight Operations Officer Refresher หรือ FOOR เป็นการทบทวนและเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความสามารถ ตลอดจนทักษะและประสบการณ์ ที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านปฏิบัติการบินของพนักงานอํานวยการบิน ซึ่งถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของความปลอดภัยในการขนส่งทางอากาศ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถมีความรู้เท่าทันมาตรฐาน กฎระเบียบ และเทคโนโลยีปัจจุบัน ที่จะช่วยให้สามารถวิเคราะห์วางแผนการบิน ควบคุมการปฏิบัติการ และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเที่ยวบินได้อย่างถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
CATC Holds the Flight Operations Officer Refresher Course (FOO (R) Course), Class 19.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by the Air Traffic Services Division, held the closing ceremony for the Flight Operations Officer Refresher Course (FOO (R) Course), Class 19. The FOO (R) Course was conducted from December 19-25, 2025, for training 38 flight dispatchers from airlines at both domestic level in Thailand and international level. On the occasion, Dr. Pansak Nernsai, Vice President of Academic Affairs, CATC, honorably presided over the closing ceremony of the FOO (R) Course, and Mrs. Pattarawdee Upan, Head of Air Navigation Services Department under the Air Traffic Services Division, granted the certificates of the FOO (R) Course completion to participants, on December 25, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok. The Course was conducted by the expert personnel from the armed forces and airlines.
The Flight Operations Officer Refresher Course, or FOO (R) Course, was conducted in order to refresh, review, and enhance essential knowledge, competencies, skills, and experiences that were vital to operations, regarding flight operations by flight dis patchers. The refreshing of FOO (R) knowledge was considered a key to safety in air transport. The FOO (R) Course would help participants gain updated knowledge which conformed to the current standards, rules and regulations, and technologies, leading to the capabilities of flight planning analysis, operational control, and data and information management relevant to a flight, in compliance with correctness, precision, and efficiency.
