ดร.วราภรณ์ เต็มแก้ว รองผู้ว่าการฝ่ายบริหาร สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) เป็นประธานการฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟ ประจำปี 2568 จัดโดยคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน สบพ. มีผู้บริหาร พนักงาน ลูกจ้าง และนักศึกษา สบพ. เข้าร่วมฝึกซ้อมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ในวันที่ 22 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ อาคารศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการบิน สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
สำหรับการฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟ ประจำปี 2568 สบพ.ได้รับการสนับสนุนวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากสำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นผู้บรรยายและสาธิตความปลอดภัยให้เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย โดย สบพ. ได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟ ซึ่งเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมที่จำเป็นสำหรับทุกองค์กร ตามกฎกระทรวงที่ได้กำหนดไว้ ผ่านการจำลองเหตุการณ์และฝึกซ้อมเสมือนจริง เพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการรับมือเหตุการณ์ไฟไหม้ ให้บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ สบพ. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และความตระหนักในการฝึกใช้อุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงและการอพยพหนีไฟ รวมถึงการเตรียมตัวเรียนรู้ต่อเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวรับมืออย่างไรให้ปลอดภัยอีกด้วย ซึ่งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีประโยชน์ต่อตัวผู้เข้าร่วมและองค์กร รวมถึงยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้กับครอบครัว เพื่อส่งเสริมให้คนไทยมีความรู้เรื่องการใช้อุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงและการอพยพหนีไฟที่ถูกต้องและทั่วถึง สามารถป้องกันความเสียหายร้ายแรงทั้งต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินจากอัคคีภัยได้
CATC Holds the 2025 Annual Fire Drill and Evacuation Practice Event for Training Personnel to Handle and Respond to Earthquake with Safety.
Dr. Waraporn Temkaew, Vice President of Administrative Affairs, the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), presided over the 2025 annual fire drill and evacuation practice event which was held by the CATC’s committee on aviation safety, occupational health, and environment. CATC executives, employees, staff, and students, attentively joined in the 2025 annual fire drill and evacuation practice event, on December 22, 2025, at the Aviation Human Resource Development Center, Bangkok.
The 2025 annual fire drill and evacuation practice event of CATC was supported by Bangkok Fire and Rescue Department in terms of sending personnel to give talks, disseminate knowledge, and demonstrate actions on safety. CATC perceived the importance of fire drill and evacuation practice since all organizations had to prepare the fire response plan and actions according to the ministerial regulations. Personnel had to join virtual exercise and practice and mock-up fire situation in order to inspect and monitor the response and handling of fire situation. Personnel who operated work at CATC would be able to gain knowledge, and better understanding, and emphasize on the use and practice of fire extinguishers and fire evacuation. Moreover, personnel would be prepared for learning facts about earthquakes and how to manage the earthquakes with safety. The aforementioned fire drill and evacuation event would benefit the participants and the organization. Knowledge that they gained would be able to use and apply with their families. Furthermore, the event would promote Thai people to gain correct and thorough knowledge in the usage of fire extinguishers, and knowledge in fire evacuation. Therefore, they could prevent severe damages from fire that could cause loss of lives and properties.
