สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) จัดกิจกรรม CATC Aviation Experience : Pilot’s Journey – Form Sim to Sky จัดโดยกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน ได้พาผู้ร่วมโครงการที่มีความสนใจด้านการบิน ไปสัมผัสกับประสบการณ์และเส้นทางการเป็นนักบินแบบเจาะลึก เป็นโอกาสพิเศษที่ได้เรียนรู้จากครูผู้เชี่ยวชาญของ สบพ. โดย ดร.อุสาห์ ต่อเทียนชัย ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน ได้เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการและให้การต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สบพ. กรุงเทพฯ
โดยโครงการ From Sim To Sky กองวิชาวิศวกรรมการบิน ได้บูรณาการหลักสูตรร่วมกับ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติเป็นระยะเวลา 2 วัน 1 คืน ระหว่างวันที่ 27 – 28 มีนาคม 2568
เพื่อร่วมกันฝึกอบรมทางด้านทฤษฎีพื้นฐานด้านการบิน การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนขึ้นบิน การฝึกบินจำลองด้วยเครื่อง Flight Simulator ที่ทันสมัยและเสมือนจริงที่สถาบันการบินพลเรือน กรุงเทพฯ ก่อนเดินทางไปขึ้นบินจริง ในเที่ยวบินสาธิต Demonstration Flight ณ ศูนย์ฝึกการบิน อ.หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ภายใต้การดูแลจากครูการบินที่มีความชำนาญ นอกจากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับประสบการณ์ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ
ที่หาได้ยากแล้ว ยังได้รับประกาศนียบัตรผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม และของที่ระลึกจากสถาบันการบินพลเรือนกลับไปอีกด้วย

CATC Held an Activity of CATC Aviation Experience: Pilot’s Journey – From Sim to Sky Project, Class 1.
The Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), by the Aeronautical Engineering Division, held an activity event of the CATC Aviation Experience: Pilot’s Journey-From Sim to Sky, and took the Aviation Experience Project participants who were interested in aviation to the event, to be exposed to the aviation experiences and get into the career path of pilot, in depth. It was a special opportunity for the participants to learn from the expert instructors of CATC. On the occasion, Dr. Usa Torteanchai, Director of Aeronautical Engineering Division presided over the CATC Aviation Experience Project Event, and welcomed the Project participants, on March 27, 2025, at CATC, Bangkok.
The From Sim To Sky Project, by the Aeronautical Engineering Division, conducted the interdisciplinary course, under the cooperation of CATC and its Flight Training Center (Hua Hin), through the workshop which was held from March 27-28, 2025 (2 days 1 night), in order to collaboratively conduct trainings, regarding the fundamental theories in aviation, the preparation before conducting a flight, the practice of flying skills via cutting-edge flight simulators, and flying experiences through virtual reality device. The trainings were conducted at CATC, Bangkok, and the participants had to attend the trainings before boarding on the demonstration flight (domo-flight) at the Flight Training Center (Hua Hin), in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The demo-flight would be conducted under the supervision and control of an expert flight instructor. In addition, the Project participants would gain aviation experiences, knowledge, and understandings that were hard to find, and they would receive the certificates of completion and souvenirs from CATC.
On an annual basis, CATC opens opportunities for people who are interested in applying and joining the Project of the CATC Aviation Experience: Pilot’s Journey – From Sim to Sky. The participants would closely and fully gain aviation experiences and learning.
