นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน พร้อมด้วย นางสาวพีร์ สุนันทารอด หัวหน้าสำนักงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรและฝึกอบรม TRAINAIR PLUS เข้าร่วมการประชุม TRAINAIR PLUS Steering Committee และ ร่วมงาน ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium 2025 (GISS2025) ระหว่างวันที่ 9-12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental กรุงอาบูดาบี สหรัฐอาหรับ
เอมิเรตส์ ซึ่งเป็นงานสัมมนาระดับนานาชาติที่ใหญ่ที่สุดขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (International Civil Aviation Organization) หรือ ICAO โดยมีหน่วยงานการบินจากทั่วโลกเข้าร่วมงาน
งานนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้หัวข้อ “The Next Flight: Innovating for a Sustainable Tomorrow” โดยเน้นแนวคิด “No Country Left Behind” และมีการนำเสนอประเด็นสำคัญ เช่น
- Innovating and Overcoming Complexity with AI-Powered Aviation
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced Digital Learning
- Balancing Growth and Sustainability in Aviation
- Evolving Training for Sustainable Aviation
- Accelerating Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Production and Deployment
โดย สถาบันการบินพลเรือน (สบพ.) หน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ สังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม ได้เข้ารับ Platinum Member Plaque จากโครงการ ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS ซึ่งถือเป็นสมาชิกหนึ่งใน 12 หน่วยงานด้านการบินทั่วโลกที่ได้รับเกียรตินี้ และเป็นระดับสูงสุดของสมาชิกในโครงการดังกล่าว สะท้อนถึงความสำเร็จในฐานะผู้นำด้านการผลิตบุคลากรที่มีมาตรฐานและมีศักยภาพ เข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมการบินของโลก โดยสามารถจัดฝึกอบรมและดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากลของ ICAO
ถือเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ นางสาวภัคณัฏฐ์ มากช่วย ผู้ว่าการสถาบันการบินพลเรือน ได้พบปะ Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar (Secretary General) และMr. Tao Ma (Regional Director ICAO Asia and Pacific) รวมถึงได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานการบินต่าง ๆ เพื่อแสดงศักยภาพและความพร้อมของ สบพ. บนเวทีระดับนานาชาติ ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นทางด้านการบินให้กับประเทศไทย ในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิตบุคลากรด้านการบินในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกต่อไป
Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) Participates in ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium 2025 in Abu Dhabi
Ms. Pukkanut Makchouy, President of CATC, and Ms. Phee Sunantarod, Head of the Office of TRAINAIR PLUS Course Development and Training, attended the TRAINAIR PLUS Steering Committee Meeting on February 9, 2025, followed by the ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium 2025 (GISS2025) from February 10-12, 2025, at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This event is ICAO’s largest international symposium, bringing together aviation organizations and stakeholders worldwide.
The symposium was held under the theme “The Next Flight: Innovating for a Sustainable Tomorrow”, emphasizing “No Country Left Behind”, with key topics including:
- Innovating and Overcoming Complexity with AI-Powered Aviation
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced Digital Learning
- Balancing Growth and Sustainability in Aviation
- Evolving Training for Sustainable Aviation
- Accelerating Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Production and Deployment
CATC received the prestigious Platinum Member Plaque from the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS program, recognizing it as one of 12 leading aviation organizations worldwide. This accolade highlights CATC’s success in producing high-standard aviation professionals for the global industry.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for Ms. Pukkanut Makchouy to meet with Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar (Secretary General), Mr. Tao Ma (Regional Director ICAO Asia and Pacific), and other aviation leaders, reinforcing CATC’s international presence and capabilities.
